After about an hour of journey rd reached office.

Blame the Mumbai's traffic which took 25 mins journey a full hour.

After parking the car rd reached the entrance where the employees were already der with bouquets of flowers with dem.

Rd felt weird.

"Umm Roy any special guest is going to come today?" Rd asked straightening his specs.

"Yes sir & the guest has already arrived " Roy smiled.

"What?
N nobody informed me" rd asked.

"Sir u please come inside. U will get to know what special occasion is der" Roy smiled n escorted rd till new new cabin.

Everyone greeted him by standing.
It was unexpected & very unusual for rd.

He was totally confused.

Sanam too was der.
She did a thumbs up to him.
Rd just smiled.

"Welcome sir" soon the door of d cabin was opened & everyone clapped for rd.

Even a cracker was bursted indicating that the employees were so happy for rd.

Rd was still confused.
"Roy where are the guest?
I can't see them here?" Rd asked.

Roy juz smiled at his innocent friend.
He is so naive.

"Randhir " Roy placed his hand on rds shoulder like a elder brother.
"You are promoted randhir.
Now u r not juz an assistant manager here.
But from now u r senior manager with a separate cabin for u to work" Roy smiled making rds lips up in a faint smile.

"I..I. .m promoted?" Rd still didn't believed Roy.

"Yes randhir u r.
N this all preparations are done by sanyukta mam.
She herself wanted to give a surprise to u but due to some personal work she didn't came to office today" roy made rd believe that it's not a dream.

Soon Roy revealed rds name plate on the table n everybody clapped for rds success.

Everyone came one by one n gave bouquet n wishes to rd.

Atlast came sanam.
She directly jumped on rds arm hugging him more tight
Rd too hugged her back in excitement.

"M so happy for you randhir.
Congratulations.
Finally u got wat u deserved" saying she kissed rds cheeks.

Rd juz smiled at her.

"Now i want a treat randhir dat too in a lavish hotel.
N u know wat from today I will be assisting in ur projects.
Isn't it exciting.
U & me again together like college days" sanam said dreamily but her dream was halted by a ring on d landline.

Rd excused himself n received the call
"Hello"

"Congratulations Mr.  Shekhawat.
Finally ur hardwork paid off" sanyu chipped excitedly.

"Umm...mam. .umm I mean sanyukta " rd replied

Hearing sanyus name sanam balled her fists together but forced a smile on her face .

"Yes dear hubby it's ur wife on the call.
How was ur surprise?
Did u liked it?" Sanyu asked curiously.

"Hmm..it was nice" rd chipped.

"Thank you rd.
N yaa don't forget to come early today.
I want u back by 7 .
I m already hungry" sanyu pouted.

"I told you not to keep fast" he said softly.

"Not again randhir.  U juz come early ok i dont want anything else." Sanyu chipped n cut d call before rd cud lecture her not to keep fast.

Here sanam was boiling in anger as sanyu spoiled her sweet time wid rd.

"Umm randhir I think I should leave.
I need to learn my job from Roy sir" sanam said n left from der.

Here rd smiled in satisfaction n sat on d chair .
He felt very contended for his success.
Finally his hardwork paid n today success is at his door step.

Later in the evening rd was unlocking his car when sanam came der.
She smirked watching rd.

"It's tym to execute ur plan sanam.
U have kept fast for rd .
Anyhow u have to break it from him" she thought n fell down purposely on d ground.

Hearing the thud sound rd rushed towards d place n saw sanam lying unconscious on d ground.

Meanwhile watchman too ran to find d matter.

"Sanam..." rd patted her cheeks to wake her up.

"Paani....paani" she asked for water still acting to be semi conscious.

"Here it is" rd said n sanam drank d water.

But...but

She immediately spat out the water as watchman made her drink d water from his hand as when she fell down watchman was busy washing his face.

"Hey wat happened sanam.
Why u threw water?"Rd asked confusingly.

"Umm...the water is..umm..bitter" she replied.

"Wat?" Rd asked confusingly again.

"Umm I need to go rd.
It's late" sanam chipped.

Rd didn't had courage to offer her lift bcz it was already 7. & his wife expected him to be present at sharp 7.

Upon reaching his apartment,  rd climbed to his room only to find his beautiful wife decked in a blood red colour plain saari with a golden sleeve less blouse.

She was looking like a new bride today.

Rd cudnt keep off his eyes from her.
He was mermerised by her beauty.
She was looking etheral.
No make up no artificial colours.

Her face was natural with juz her stone bindi , wedding necklace n her bangles.

"Sanyu come soon beta.
Moon gave its appearance.
Call rannu also" renu yelled from terrace.

"Shall we?" Sanyu asked him.

He nodded n went with her to terrace.

Everything was arranged for the rituals.

"Randhir come beta stand here" renu called rd.

Sanyu took d veneration plate n did his puja n looked at the moon from the sieve.

She then closed her eyes n took sieve near to rd n opened her eyes slowly.

She found d most innocent,  most naive face in front of her.
Her husband who was juz like a new born.
So pure n so innocent.

She smiled n did her other rituals
(a/n : i really don't know what exactly is done)

Finally rd broke her fast by offering her water to drink.
She drank water from his hands .

"Finally my daughter had learnt all this" kishore smiled watching his changed daughter.

"Dad" sanyu kept everything at its place n ran to kishore
"Dad...i missed u so much " sanyu sobbed.

"Missed u too princess
How is my bachha" kishore kissed her forehead.

Renu smiled.

"M fyn dad.
But m gussa on u.
Not even once u met me in this one month" sanyu complained.

"Sorry baby.
I was busy" kishore apologised.

"For ur kind information I handle ur business then wat work u have? " Sanyu asked glaring her father.

"I was busy with doctor " kishore said n bite his tongue.

"Dad" sanyu looked at kishore angrily.

Here renu n rd kept looking at daughter father banners n smiled looking at der bond.
