A/N: okay, so this is the first time I've ever written a fanfiction on wattpad. I don't really know how this story will do. Hopefully it's good enough for you all to enjoy this. I may or may not continue this story. Who knows.

Also this is a Sasunaru fanfic. If you don't like boyxboy or boys love don't read at all

'Another day of school...Another day of living in this miserable world. I hate it. I hate the world and my life. The only thing my life holds is pain.' Sasuke thought in his head as he made his way to school. 'I wonder...will this pain ever go away?'

*16 minutes of walking*

Sasuke has finally reached Konoha High and is currently making his way to homeroom and first class. And on the way he hears rumors spreading

"Did you hear? Did you hear? There's a new student attending Konoha High! I hear he's really cute too"

"I heard that he was kicked out of his old school because he got in a fight"

"Apparently he's going to be in Kakashi's homeroom too. Man, I feel bad for his students"

'Why?' Thought Sasuke. That's the only rumor that interested him. He was in Kakashi's homeroom too.

Sasuke reached room 206 and walked in. He took a seat in the back corner by a window and observed his classmates. He noticed that they were laughingand talking with each other.

'They always seem to be happy when they're together'

Sasuke would've been socializing with them too if he wanted. They have asked him before many times if he wanted to hang out or go places with them. However, he denied every offer. They still ask him but not as much anymore.

"Alright class, settle down. Go back to your seats." Said a silver haired man

'Kakashi-Sensei finally came on time for once. That's a surprise.' Thought the class

"Now, before we get started on anything, I'd like for everyone to give their fullest attention to the front of the room. We have a new member in our family." Said Kakashi "You may enter."

A cute blonde haired boy entered the classroom. He had 3 whisker-like scars on each cheek and eyes that could compete with the blue ocean.

"Hi! My name is Uzumaki Naruto! I hope I can get along with everyone!" He finished with a smile

"Welcome to Konoha High. I'm Kakashi Hakate and I will be your homeroom and English Language arts teacher. If you have any questions or concerns you can ask me, your classmates, teachers or principle. You may take a seat beside Sasuke. Sasuke please raise your hand."

Sasuke did as told

'Why'd he have to sit beside me? The seat up front is always open'

"Alright now, everyone please take out a book to read. Or you may talk but in a low voice. That way you can enjoy your book while I enjoy mine." Said
Kakashi as he took out his book called Icha Icha Paradise.

Naruto turned his head to Sasuke. Sasuke was staring out the window. Naruto decided to start a conversation with him seeing as to how neither of them was going to  read a book.

"Hi! I'm Uzumaki Naruto!"

'Ignore'

"And you're Sasuke right?"

'Keep ignoring'

Sasuke continued to stare out the window looking as if he was deep in thought.

"Um...I was wondering if you could help me find my classes..." Naruto tried once more. He wasn't sure if Sasuke was even listening to him.

'No'

"Sasuke?"

'Ignore. He'll give upeventually. '

"Sasuke..? You there???"

'Give up already!'

This time Naruto decided to shake his shoulder. Sasuke flinched and looked back at naruto with a shock expression on his face.

'No one has ever laid a hand on me before...'

Naruto noticed the look.

"Sorry. You were lost in your mind so I thought the best way to get you back on earth was to shake you. Sorry if I scared you." Naruto explained with a smile

"...yeah..." responded Sasuke not really wanting to talk with naruto. or anyone in general.

"Anyways I'm Uzumaki Naruto!" He said satisfied with the fact that he finally got Sasuke to say something.

'Yeah. I heard you the first time.'

"And you're Sasuke..." Naruto stopped. He wanted Sasuke to tell him his last name.

"..." Sasuke hesitated. 'Just end the conversation already!' "Uchiha."

"Nice to meet you Sasuke Uchiha! I hope you and I can become great friends!" Naruto flashed his famous smile at the end.

Sasuke stared at him. His attention was grabbed by naruto's smile. 'That smile...in a way...it's warm and bright...it holds happiness...does he really want to be friends that badly...? No...he'll just leave in the end...and that will only put me in more pain!' Thought Sasuke. 'But...what if he's different? Will he be the miracle in my miserable life? No...this isn't a fairy tale.'

Little did Sasuke know that he was completely wrong.

Yayyy!!! I finally finished chapter 1!
