As we run away from the classroom door and down the halls to the bus que, my phone vibrates where it's nestled in my pocket.

You bad, bad girl. I thought your brother would be good enough not to interfere. Let's see what kind of troubling punishment you three should get. Love you, my sweet child.

Who was this utterly sick person?

"Shay? You alright?" Asks Jacob, pulling Tony to a halt.

My lungs suddenly begin to close up not letting any air in, but letting plenty out. I can't swallow as a thick lump has wedged it's way in the middle of my throat, clogging up the saliva I try to swallow. I get really light headed, and the world begins to spin around my body making everything ten times worse.

The muffled voices of Tony and Jacob panicking somewhere near me are yet to be figured out, and all I can start to see is black as my eyes roll tiredly to the back of my head.

A few moments - which feels like a fucking decade - go by, and I wake up in my comfortable bed sunken deep between my covers and my mattress. I find Jacob staring at me from a chair at my desk, his eyes blood shot. I realise it must have been two in the morning when I wake up, as it's pitch black outside.

"Damn, what happened to you? World war three kept you up?" I ask jokingly, except it comes out with a more serious tone than I expected.

"Shay ...what's going on with you?" Asks Jacob getting right to the point. I've been avoiding this subject for three months now, but sadly my boyfriend has figured it out. "Well?" He asks, shuffling slightly.

I pat down on my bed meaning for him to lie with me, and he gets my point straight up front.

"Panic attacks, that's all. I thought they'd died down a few weeks ago, but ever since these messages it seems to be triggering it off again. I guess I was scared of being called pathetic by my brothers and getting dumped by you, so I didn't feel the need to tell anybody. But now I guess it's pretty bad, huh?" I explain sitting up. I nearly topple over to the floor with dizziness stuck to my brain, but thank the Lords that Jacob was here to stop me from falling in one swift move.

Boy, do I love him..?

"Oh, here. I forgot I was meant to give you this..." Jacob grabs a phone box from off the desk that's perched next to my bed against the battered walls.

"What..? An iPhone 7? Jacob, you didn't-"

"I know, but I wanted to."

I stare at the box, unable to say anything at this point in time.

"Come on, open it."

I open the box to find the phone is in ...

"NO WAY! Matt black? My favourite! How'd you know?" I ask, not believing my eyes.

Just as Jacob was about to answer with a sarcastic smirk to plaster on his face, my old phone vibrates on my bedside table.

You bitch! I am the one to get your presents and gifts, not him! I sware, if you take that phone - I can't finish reading the unknown numbers' message as Jacob takes the phone from my tight clasp and reads it for himself.

"Shay, I sware to mother fucking god if you listen to this ass whole I will batter the shit out of him," Jacob says warningly, the anger clear in his voice.

I nod silently, tears threatening to roll down my cheeks in loud sobs for everybody to hear.

Come on Shay, you're stronger than this! my inner voice says, and I listen blinking back the threatening blobs of water that are so close to avalanching it's way down my face.
