"So are you getting back together with me now?" He asked. His cheeks were flustered pink but his eyes looked happy. I gave him a tissue and he wiped the side of his mouth so eagerly. I then, tiptoed, pulled his cheek and kissed him passionately pouring all my emotions that were bottled up in the past few months. It took a while for DJ to react, before putting his arms on my waist and kissing me harder.

 

"I don't know about you guys but this scene is making me very very uncomfortable." I heard Katsumi's voice before pulling away. Magkadikit pa din yung noo namin ni DJ before chuckling on Katsumi's comment. Uupo n asana ulit ako pero hinawakan ni DJ yung kamay ko sabay yakap sakin.

 

"I love you baby." He whispered. Kilig naman ako with matching sabog hearts ng marinig kong tawagin niya ulit akong baby. He kissed my forehead at ako naman sinusuntok lang ng pabiro yung tyan nya.

 

"And I love you more."

That was 8 months ago. As in, nung April pa. Natutuwa lang ako kapag naalala ko yung mukha nya. I mean, heck ako din natutuwa at kinikilig pag naalala ko yun. Hindi ko na kailangan pa pahirapan si Dj when in fact, he was also the victim there. However, yung apat, pinahirapan ko pa ng bongga. Sila na nanligaw sakin. But now, all is well. Today is 24th of Christmas, and I'm stuck inside the studio finishing a song for my album. Yep, a year in the making ang peg ng album ko. Nag on hold kasi sila paguwi namin ng Amsterdam kasi nagkaron ako ng offer for a movie and although, all were reluctant, pumayag naman na. So here we are, on a Christmas Eve, finishing a song for the Deluxe Edition. Na kailangan ng pakinggan ng producer ko bago mag 6PM para makauwi na kaming lahat.  Tapos may kumatok. Kakaalis palang ni ate Jackie, baka may nakalimutan.

"Yeah, who's there?" Tanong ko pero tumatayo na.

"The boy who loves you so dearly." A deep, husky voice said.

"Uhh, Dom?" Biro ko. And I heard him grunt. I opened the door only to be met by a pair of long arms. Baliw talaga tong si DJ.

"Dom ka dyan." Sabi niya sabay kagat sa balikat ko kaya naman sinuntok ko agad sa tiyan

Umupo na siya sa couch at bumalik na ko sa upuan ko at yinakap yung guitar ko.

 

"As much as gusto kong magselos sa gitara mo, kailangan mo na daw pong matapos yung kanta mo para makauwi ka na at makakain na tayo." Sabi ni DJ.

"Eh bakit ka kasi nandito? Malamang lalo akong hindi makakasulat." Belat ko sakanya. Pero tinawanan nya lang ako at kinuha yung phone niya at saka humiga dun sa couch.

 

"Ignore me." Sabi niya at kinuha naman yung earphones nya at sinaksak sa tenga niya. "Pretend I don't exist while I play games and try to fall asleep. Okay?" Bago niya ilagay yung right earphone he winked at me and gave me a flying kiss. "Love you loads."

 

"Love you too." Kahit hindi niya na ko naririnig. Somehow, yung panunuod ko kay DJ fascinating at least. Ganun pag in love na in love eh no? Tipong makita mo lang siya, okay ka na. Makita mo siyang nakangiti, okay ka na. Perfect. We're not the perfect couple but I know he's perfect for me. He already knows the smell of my fart and how I am when I'm sick. At kahit mahina kapit ng tiyan nya, kapag nagsusuka ako, ayos lang sakanya. He doesn't care when I haven't even taken a bath yet. He'll still kiss me despite of it. He understands me kapag nagPMS ako kasi wala lang, naisipan ko lang maginarte. Niyayakap nya ko kapag pinapaalis ko na sya pag nagaaway kami. He showers me with hugs and kisses when work stress takes over. He surprises me with the little things, such as hand-written letters. Dadating na lang sa isang set or sa bahay may letter na para sakin with matching roses pa o kaya naman may chocolates pa. He never shouted at me even when I know myself that I'm already getting on his nerves. He makes me feel special and he's very proud of me. He makes an effort to be close to all the people I love and I don't know if it's possible pero every day, every single day, I fall in love with this guy over and over again.
