Once there was a boy named Harris. Harris had brown eyes, and flaming orange hair. He lived in a town called Aqua-Terra. In Aqua-Terra, instead of having roads, they had waterways. Aqua-Terra was the city with the biggest supply of water in the world. Until now. This is the story of the drought, and how Harris saved Aqua-Terra.
One day, Harris was walking down the streets of Aqua-Terra. He saw a bunch of advertisements for water supplies for stuff like entertainment. This concerned Harris. People were using the water for superfluous supplies.
Harris knew he had to fix this. So he marched to city hall to go over this with the mayor.
"Mayor, I have a problem. People are using the water for superfluous items" Harris said.
"What's wrong with that?" Asked the mayor.
"If we keep using our water supply for things we don't need, we're gonna run out. " Harris stated.
"With all due respect," said the mayor. "We have plenty of water. We won't run out for a long time. Not until long after
I'm no longer mayor. The only way for us to run out of water was if there was a
drought."
Harris knew he couldn't win this argument. The mayor is insatiable. So he escorted himself out.
The next day, Harris woke up to the sound of people screaming and hollering in the streets. He rushed downstairs, grabbed his coat, and ran out the door.
He went up to the nearest civilian.
"We're all gonna die!!!" The man exclaimed.
"Excuse me sir, what's all the commotion?" Harris asked.
"How long have you been sleeping?" The man said in a snobby tone. "There's a drought, man! We're out of water!
This was none other than a huge coincidence. But he believed it. He noticed a man yelling out of a megaphone. He asked for it and he gave it to him. Then Harris stood on a bench and exclaimed:
"Attention everyone! I know how to save us!"
"And why should we believe you? You're only like 15!" A man in the crowd said.
"The reason is because we've been using all our water for superfluous objects! We just need to solve this problem!" Harris explained.
That was a good enough answer for them. So they agreed to listen.
"Alright everybody," Harris said. "Go to your houses and dump all your water into the streets!"
So they listened. All the people dumped the water. Soon enough, the waterways filled up again. Everyone was saved.
And so, for his act of justice, Harris was rewarded the plaque of citizenship, and everything was back to normal in Aqua-Terra.
The End.
