I peered out from behind the lockers. 'Naruto-kun..' I blushed seeing him smile brightly as he hung out with Sasuke-san. Seeing he is well, I am content for the day. I turned around and go to my first class early.
I wish I could be with Naruto-kun... no! Just having this one-sided love is enough! But truly sometimes I wish to be with him. But what could I do? I'm just an ordinary girl while he is Mr. Popular! Well, along with Sasuke-san.

Have I introduced myself? I am Hyuuga Hinata. I am the heiress to the Byakugan company even though my younger sister Hanabi is really the actual heiress since I'm a disappointment to my family. I am related to Hyuuga Neji who is my cousin. He's the heir to a branch company, only a part of a company. He's friends with Naruto-kun but he's not in the "Populars." Not officially anyways. You've probably noticed by now I like..love Naruto-kun. I've actually known him before and that's where it all started and came from. A lot of girls long for him too but my love is different. I don't long for his looks and status(Populars) I long for his happiness and wellbeing. I want him to be happy and well all the time. Knowing that he is well, I will be happy. Sometimes I try to talk to him.. try... things always come up like my crazy stuttering and these other girls blocking the way. Aka. Fangirls from his fan club. To be honest, I don't deserve him. I'm just a disappointment and a shame.

"Aah!"

My shoulder stung as someone rammed into my left shoulder. Looking down to see who it was- Haruno Sakura.

Haruno Sakura is the smartest girl in our class. She got into the school by scholarship. Her scores are always top marks and is teachers pet. I wish I could be as smart as her.

"G-gomenasai!! A-Are you a-alright?" I apologised as I kneel down to help pick up books and papers that fell out of her hands.
"I'm alright thank you, I should really repay you for helping me out but I have an errand tend to! I'll treat you food at canteen later! Thanks!" Sakura-san said really fast and disappeared fast soon after. I also envy Sakura-san because Naruto-kun has a crush on her but she apparently likes Sasuke-san. It seems they were middle school buddies before.

Getting to homeroom class, it was slightly empty with a few people here and there like Aburame Shino, Nara Shikamaru(who is dozing off) and Akimichi Chouji. I went to my usual seat in the front row next to the window. There is..approximately 15 minutes left before it starts. I secretly fished out my phone and went on Instagram. 'Hmm...this seems good'
I don't post personal stuff but sometimes I do post like food or drinks at restaurants or cafes I go to eat. This morning I went to Starbucks and got a mocha. Someone drew a really cool animation on my cup so I took a picture. I haven't posted it yet so I will now.

"Instagram? Nice but sensei is going to be early to class today so you should put that away," someone said next to me.

Flinching in my seat, I covered the screen pushing it against my chest. Looking up..Sakura-san? It's been only 5 minutes! Wait a minute...sensei is going to be early!?

Reading my expression, "yeah, shocking right?" she chuckled, pulling the seat next to put to sit down.
"H-how come?" I stuttered. She crinkled her nose.
"Protocol," she said. 'Protocol...?'
"Nah, the principal made a bet with him and won so the punishment was to come to class early."
