Sanrieta's POV
"No!" I shouted, but the blood thirsty pirate was already digging his blade into Maria's stomach. My best friend let out a scream, as did I. I ran over, cradling her in my arms whilst the battle raged on around us.
Maria looked up,at me for the last time. "I love you, you will forever be my best friend," her breath caught in her throat, there was no way of saving her. We were both crying.
I laid her down in the deck, "G-Go to s-sleep." I said, "I l-love you t-too." Those were the last words I ever spoke to her, and I went to get my revenge on that good for nothing maggot of a man. Then, I saw that there were only a few of my crew left, tears were streaming down my face. The other pirates,had gone back over to their boat. We were about to go over to each other when our ship exploded, us blasting off in different directions. I was lucky to have landed on a slab of wood, but I wanted to be with Maria now. I will get my revenge.
