So um what's happening is Barry (Left) just kissed Iris (right) and Iris's father/Barrie's father figure is being held hostage by Weather Wizard/ Mark Mardon and Mark created a tsunami wave to hit Central City. Barry reveals to Iris that he's The Flash, because there's no time for him to get away from her before he becomes The Flash.
