This is how I work for those who want to know:
Step one: Get your background, model (Stephanie Scott) and blend them together so they look natural by adding shadows and lighting that would be shown from the moonlight.

Step two: Add title and author's name (Jane Doe) I do this for a particular reason because I was supposed to just make it like this but I had to add more to it.

Step three: Add some blood and cracks on her face to represent that something isn't right about this girl. (I have also add my brand new logo; thoughts)

Step four: Flip this dress around and shape the dress so it would fit the model before cutting out the top bodice of the dress.

Step five: Add your BASE psds to create a more darker tone to the cover

Step six: Add your final psds; I have different varieties. Choose which one you like.
