Prologue
You said we’re allies. You said you’ll never leave. My sight suddenly became blurry because of the tears that wants to come out from my eyes.
Tracing her eyes, her nose and her lips. I will never have a chance to touch these again.
A memory happened five months ago played in my mind, like it’s a movie stucked in my head. Tablets scattered sneaking out from the bottle, a knife, blood stains on the floor, a pale lifeless woman lying on the cold bathroom tile.
I let out a hard sigh and wiped my tears away.
It hurts, it’s breaking my heart big time. The day I found her lifeless and unconcious is the day where I felt that the world turn its back at me. I felt that the world left me. I can feel my heart shattering, pieces by pieces.
Oh my fucking gosh! That hell of a bitch is here?
I crossed my arms and raised a brow. Damn! She really do have the guts to come here after what happened to my mom.
“Oh, Hi there my dear Jamiah. I’m sorry. Did I wake you up?” aniya sa sarkastikong boses.
What is this bitch doing here, by the way? And why is she removing my mom’s frame?
And to my surprise, it was all my mom’s frames!
Binalingan ko siya na nakakunot ang noo.
“What do you think are you doing, Minerva?”
Like seriously? Could someone please explain to me what the hell is going on?
Ngitian niya ako. Ngiting tagumpay. No. Please tell me that this is just a joke.
“From now on, hija. You better should call me Tita Minerva.”
Pinagtaasan ko siya ng kilay. Tita my ass! And there’s just no fucking way that I'll call her that. No fucking chance.
Tinapunan ko siya ng sarkastikong ngiti. Bitch!
“And why on earth should I call you that? We’re not even relatives. Oh, please. Stop assuming will you? Get your ass out here, Minerva. Or I’ll call the guards and tell them to drag you out from here.” sabi ko at agad siyang tinalikuran.
The bitch is raising hell inside our house!
