A Life Like This

Another Night

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hey guys! I hope you enjoy this story, I'm gonna make it an interesting story. Be prepared to have popcorn with you. OK, let's get this chapter over with.

As the evening sun sets over the town of Westerville, a Skype theme song is heard through the rooms of the teenagers. The call starts.

"Whats up?" says a young females voice. She is obviously hyper, and sounds exited over something. before she can say anything else, another window opens up.

"Hey! Whats up guys," says a rather cheery female voice.

"Nothing much, lets wait for the others," the hyper female suggests. As if on cue, another window appears.c

"Hey," says a drowsy voice, as if he was just relaxing at home. Another appears, this time another male voice, a rather high enthusiastic male jock was online. The "host" smiles noticing that her boyfriend was finally online.

"Ok, listen, we've all been going through some crappy things... It's been awhile since I was able to even call you guys.... School just kills you sometimes... it sucks," says the now timid female.(Sydney B.)

"Yeah, I know... It just sucks knowing that we have to worry about all the crappy responsibilities that were gonna have, like my mom even charges me every month for trying to teach me about "rent", The cheery female (Tyra) now a rather disappointed person who now has to worry about what will happen after she graduates college.

"Hey, how is cheer leading doing for you?" Asked the curious Sydney, "Is it getting old or something?"

"Nope," She responds.

"Sigh, its a lot to take in, but we got this, Aryeh's puns didn't kill us, so I guess we got this year in the bag. It's only a few more months until graduation,"

"Yeah, I know, but don't you guys want things in our lives to be a bit more.... I dunno.... Interesting?" Sydney says, curious.

Everyone nods with agreement, pondering on whats to come when school lets out, everone finally got their drivers permit, and has 1 more year until they can start majoring in their colleges. Aryeh plans on going to OSU (Ohio State University) to become an airline pilot. Sydney plans on going to OSU as well, but is still unsure. Sydney Urban wants to take her and Daniel (AKA GINGER SPICE) relation ship to the next level. Tyra... I don't know.

Suddenly, a new window opens up, It is Aryeh.

"Hey guys," He says, pretty happy about something.

After hearing the gloomy sounds in his friends voices, he suddenly decides.

"Hey I managed to get my Driver's License, and... well... lets go to the movies! My treat," He exclaims.

This was no surprise to them. He always invites them to the movies to see new things that come out even wont or so. If it is a comedy, they would laugh, boo, cringe, or just plain stare with disapproval. If it was a romance movie, they would stare at Sydney Urban, and Ginger Spice, urging them to do something "interesting". They always saw Sydney kiss Ginger Spice, so it wouldn't be anything new if they just suddenly started making out. Aiden on the other hand, would be in the arcade, trying to find someone to prank. They would almost always sneak snacks into the theater, it wasn't hard. Aryeh would also occasionally go to the Dine-In Theaters, and it would go on from there.

A few hours later, they arrive to the Pleasure Mall. Pleasure Mall was Aryeh's favorite place to be in, it was the main attraction to the whole plaza. The Indescribables got their tickets, smuggled snacks, and went up the escalator that connected to the theater, this was a relaxing thing.

"Oh my God, that was a stupid movie", Aryeh says. Everyone agrees. They have dinner at one of the restaurants in the plaza, and Aryeh drives them back to their respective homes. "Goodnight,"

As the Moon shines above the sky many of the Indescribables ponder on their lives. They had their fair share of bullies, tests, puberty, and drama, but they wanted something more exiting than trying to find a decent dorm for college. They wished it.

Somewhere in the forest, it answered.
