Hey you guys, let's try my hand at writing. I've been wanting to do this for a while, and let's be frank, this story won't blow up and be a big success but if I could just get a few people to read and what not that would be great. This is my story, I'm not taking from anyone, although I am bouncing ideas off my sister, that is it. So please do not start comparing my work to other people's. Anyways, there will probably some adult themes and language and all that, so proceed with caution. I am not promising to update every week but it won't be too long between. Dear Diary,

Ew that sounds gross, maybe I'll just not. Although, I did promise to write in this thing everyday until I find my mate. Lame, I know. Anyways, it's my 16th birthday and now to wait. It's a huge step in life I suppose. I don't get what the big deal is, walk around until I feel a huge lust for some buff guy and screw all night? Not my ideal night actually. Plus, what if he's a dick, I don't wanna have to get jiggy with it with some random guy who is a douche bag. What if he doesn't like good music? What if he hates books?

9:00am

Still nothing, thank God. This journal thing might not be so bad really, I mean, who would have thought that my mom would actually be right? I mean, normally she is just a worry wort, but I mean, who knows. I haven't felt uncontrollable lust so that's a good sign. Gotta love school. I mean, the whole pack goes here, and it's no surprise that it's my birthday, I'm not a nobody here. But I am also not the most popular wolf around.

Anyways, I was sad that it isn't Nathan, he's my best friend and hasn't found his mate yet. So, if we don't then he's my next best person. We dated for a while and just it didn't work out when he turned 16. Now he's 17 and well, I guess we'll just have to wait and see what will happen.
