Midnight Walk

It was the middle of the night and Edd couldn't sleep. He tossed and turned trying to find a good position to sleep, but couldn't he had so much on his mind.

"But i thought we were... i thought we were friends..."

"Ha no! Why would i need friends for? When i've got this!"

Edd sighed and rubbed his eyes. "Why Tord..." he whispered as a tear rolled down his cheek. He wiped his tear and sighed softly. Edd tried to forget about tord but he couldn't. He missed him. All the adventures he had with him. He didn't want to forget any of it. He sighed sighed once more and look out his window. He saw the crash site where Tord disappeared or died. He shook his head. 'N-no... don't think of that... he cant be dead..." he looked down only to see the flowers that grew in his body. He still didn't have a clue on how they got there. He looked out the window once more before he grabbed his green hoodie and keys and headed out the door. He locked his door and quietly walked out trying not to wake up tom or matt. Once he got outside he sighed and began to walk to the park. He took out a cola from his pocket. He opened it hearing the satisfying fizz. He was just about to drink his cola when he saw something in the corner of his eye. He squinted his eyes to get a better look. "Uh hello... Is someone out there?" Edd said as he walked forward to it. The thing backed away every time edd tried to come forward. "D-do you need any help?" Edd at this point began to worry for the figure. He then noticed that something began to fall. The figure then ran leaving a trail of something small. Edd then walked to the trail and grabbed something small from the trail. It was a small dark red rose. "A-a rose? What?" Edd said as he grabbed another rose from the ground. he noticed that the trail were small roses and petals. He dropped his cola that he held on his other hand and began to run following the trail of flowers. Edd then stopped and looked around. He noticed that the flowers lead him to the park. He continued to follow the trail until he saw the figure again. "H-hey... are you okay?" Edd said as he tried to walk closer to it. "N-No! Stay back! Please!" the figure said backing away from Edd. "t-that voice?! C-could it be" Edd thought. "T-Tord? I-Is that you" Edd said as he began to tear up. Edd then looked down to his heart and saw that some of his flowers began to fall off. Edd wants to believe that it's Tord but he knows that it can't be him. "Please Edd stay back i don't want you to come any closer..." the figure said as he backed away more and began to walk away. Edd wanted no needed to find out if it was Tord. he ran to the figure and grabbed the figures hand. Edd pulled the figure under the streetlamp. Edd's eyes widen when he saw who the figure was. "T-Tord..." Edd stuttered out. Tord looked different. He had flowers growing on the right side of his face, neck, and arm. It also looked like Tord hasn't slept in a while too. Tord also noticed that small flowers were growing out of Edd. His eyes widen knowing that this was his fault. He didn't mean to do this to edd. He just wanted edd to be safe. "I-im sorry Edd... i-i didn't want you to see me like this... i-i'm sorry i-" Tord then felt his cheek sting. He looked at Edd who was still crying but was angry. His hand was in the air. Tord couldn't believe that Edd smacked him. "E-Edd i-" "I don't want to hear it!" tord stopped talking his eyes widen when he heard edd shout. It was the first time he ever heard Edd shout like that. Edd then grabbed tord's hoodie. "Why!? Why didn't you come back!? I thought you were dead Tord! Dead!" Edd choked out. "You had me worried you idiot!" Edd sobbed into Tord's hoodie. Tord then slowly hugged Edd. "I-Im so sorry edd..." Tord said. Edd stiffened, he hasn't hugged or let anyone hug him for a long time. Not even Tom or Matt were able to hug him. He slowly and carefully hugged back. "I really missed you Tord..." Edd stuttered out. Tord looked at him and tighten the hug. "I-I missed you too, Edd..." Tord leaned in and touched his forehead with Edd's. "Didn't know how much i loved her, i'll never know what might of been..." Edd blushed a light red. "I'd give anything to hold her... and have her back again..." Edd closed his eyes and hugged tord tightly. Edd didn't want to let him go. "I never should'a let you go... so many thing i should'a let her know..." Tord likes no loves Edd. He never wanted Edd to be involved with what he has done. He loved him too much to get him in danger. Tord made mistakes in his past but this one had to be the worst mistake he ever did. "Should'a held her in my arms said baby no, please wait..." Edd looked up at Tord, tears flowing down his cheeks. "I woke up to find, she had her changed her mind..." Tord looked down at Edd. he looked to side showing edd more of the flowers that grew in his face and neck. He looked back at edd and blushed. "I'd run out of time, 'bout a million kisses late..." Tord leaned in almost touching edds lips, after singing the lyric, he kissed Edd. Edd in tears, kissed back and wrapped his arms around tord. Neither of them wanting to let go of the other. Flowers then began to fall off from tord and edd. One by one each flower landing onto the cold concrete floor...
