I decided to do this... well.. I didn't decide: I needed to.
I always kind of get more relaxed or at ease when I talk about what is going on inside my head. People going through the same or worse than me normally help me and tell me their experiences. So I might as well tell mine.
If you have anxiety, you'll know what I'm talking about. If you dont have it, you could learn a few things and might help someone? I don't know, read if you want.
I'm sorry for all the people that think this is a book, it isn't ,it's my way of trying to feel good.
If you are like me, don't be afraid to talk. I could help you and you could help me. I don't know if Anxiety is a disease, but if it is, I have it.
I'm going to say stuff that happened or that is happening, so if you follow this ''book'' you will be warned when my next problem or rant is up ;D
