"She's dead!" The guard called his voice echoing through the long dark hallways of the otherwise silent castle. "The princess has been murdered!"

Alex woke up in a small dark cell. He sat there trying to recount the events that brought him here.
Three weeks ago Princess Elizabeth III of the kingdom of Verdeis was murdered in her room. Alex's father ( King Jerome) who is king of Scalvia was blamed for her murder and being innocent is now infuriated by the accusation.
With two biggest military powers of the four kingdoms, faladen, Verdeis, Scalvia, and Edalin, at the brink of war the kingdoms are in a state of panic.
And for how the third son of the King of Scalvia ended up in this cramped, dark prison cell is another mater. A week ago Alex was out in the forest practicing his archery which is a disgraceful thing to do, because the people of Scalvia saw bows as a cowards weapon. So he would often times practice out in the woods.
But while he was out he was ambushed by a group of bandits. They knocked him out and threw him in the back of a caravan after a week of traveling they knocked him out and transferred him into this hell hole.
