[In Which I Show You How To Make Coolio Cover]

First thing you're gunna do is grab a background and a PNG then merge the two. Next take the bloody eye image and crop it so you only have one side. Add them press multiply

Afterwards you're gunna size it to your pngs eye then merge. Repeat that process for the second eye. Merge, then save.

Next you're gunna go to PicsArt and scroll over to draw. Make sure the color is either black or red and that the size is on 2

After that zoom in on the PNGS lips and simply draw black lines. Try to make them as neat as possible. Though it looks pretty cheesy from up close the final product looks pretty cool. Once you've done that save your image

After that you can add your textures and title and you're finished!
