First things first. You need to choose an image for your icon. For the example we will be using this

Next, go to PicsArt and put the image in. Make sure the the icon is the right size (1:1) or it won't for properly and it may look strange. Go to draw in PicsArt

Once you click on Draw them click on the color so the color wheel pops up. In the top right corner you'll see a little dropper icon. You want to tap that

Once you've done that you'll be able to drag the dropper around the picture and it'll show that color. You want to choose a certain area of the picture that'll make your icon pop

After you've done that just fully color over the icon since it's already the right size and save it.

Add it to your background along with your icon and you're set!
