That sacred Phone call (Amourshipping)

The day they met

One day a boy called Ash Ketchum went on a boat trip to Kalos with his best friend Gary Oak, they went to the Colleseum and got ice cream. But on the way back Gary fell off the ship and there were no lifebouys for some reason.(I don't want to go on that boat that's for sure) Ash knew he was a good swimmer so with that he shouted "hold on Gary I'm coming for u" he got a lot of people on boards attention. Ash swam up to Gary and asked"Are u ok?"yeah I'm fine, do u think you could get us to the cargo lifter over there"(it is on the boat) Gary asked, Ash replied"Sure no prob"Ash and Gary got to the cargo lifter. When suddenly a girl ran up the pier screaming" Ash u forgot ur hat!"but suddenly she tripped and fell into the water and started panicking. Ash immediately pushed away from the cargo lifter and swam to the girl, he got to where she was and to his horror he realised she was underwater, he ignore Gary's screaming took a deep breath and went after her. Then he saw a Gyarados preparing a hyper beam, he knew it would end badly if she got hit. So he swam as fast as he could and grabbed her wrist and swam to the surface. When he looked back he noticed the hyper beam was nearly ready so he let go of the girl and signaled for her to continue swimming, while he swam the other way to direct its attention to him. After about 2 mins of swimming(he was underwater so he couldn't breath.) he realised the gyarados was gone. So he tried to swim to the surface. But just before he could take a breath, he started to sink, but as soon as he heard "ASH HURRY IM GETTING TIRED!!!!"he somehow got the strength to swim to her, grab her and attempted to swim to the pier. As soon as he got there he tried to haul himself and the girl up onto the surface(solid ground) but couldn't muster up the strength to so he just kept his grip and stayed there hanging above the water "hey ar-are u ok?" He breathed( he was exhausted from the swimming) "Yeah thanks to u I am" She replied "Anyways how do u know my name and what's ur's?" He asked curiously. I-I'm Serena the girl u met at summer camp""Oh now I remember your the straw hat girl I helped back to camp!" He exclaimed."Yep that's me she said sheepishly and blushing at one memory in particular. Soon she fell asleep and Ash stayed up all night so they wouldn't fall. In the morning Serena woke up startled but yesterday's events replayed in her head and she settled down a bit."Any sign of people looking for us yet?" She asked "N-No sorry I ha-""ASH SERENA ARE U THERE!?!?!?!?"Ash mustered up all his strength and lifted Serena onto a sturdy plank of wood and
shouted"OVER HERE!!"and fell deep into the ocean.......
