It's been a week since mine and Justin's break up , I'm still trying to wrap my head around it , was he not happy ? Was I not good enough? Was it my fault ? Was any of it real ?

"Has he seen Rosalia? " Cassidy asks massaging my head "No , but he's been blowing up my phone all week " I sigh "yeah Jason too , fucking asshole " she scowls "I still think you shouldn't let me affect your relationship " I say " you're my best friend , that asshole was cheating on you , MY best friend  he knew , and he didn't tell you so fuck him " she says "I love you " I grin "I know , I love you too " she says .

"Look kid you really need to leave " Cassidy and I both look at each other , I jump off my bed and run downstairs "look I really need to speak with Selena " it's not him , it's Jason "I do-" she began "mom it's okay let him in " I say "okay " she says and steps aside .

"Selena ! I'm so sorry , I never meant to hurt you it just wasn't my place to tell you an-" he ranted " yeah , yeah I've heard it all before , now what is it you really want ?" I say annoyed " he's a wreck Selena , he's been getting high and drinking all day , he needs you " Jason sighs "he should've thought of all that before he stuck his dick in another bitch " I say shaking my head .

"Well this is cool " I say not all that interested , parties are kinda lamer than usual for me now "you need to drink " Cassidy squeals "do you not remember what happened last time I was at a party and got drunk ?" I laugh "well you're not gonna get pregnant this time,  I'll stay with you " she smiles , I shrug "Okay" I say as I see my bodyguard for the night aka Jason and roll my eyes .

"Oh my god ! You're so funny Michael" Cassidy says putting her hand on the random guys chest , I smile raising an eyebrow " I'm trying to make Jason jealous" she whispers , I laugh shaking my head " hey beautiful , you wanna dance ? " some guy says sitting next to me "no thanks . " I smile " well you wanna go do something ?" He winks "no " I say putting my attention on my cup .

"Hey you look bored , wanna dance ?" I roll my eyes , this is the eighth guy that's asked me that "no thanks " I say "come on just one dance and I'll leave you alone " he says "whatever" I say taking his hand .

I laughed at something Dylan said "you know you're actually pretty funny " I admit "thanks " he says offering me a smile " you're beautiful " he says making me blush "thank you " I say.

"I really I like you " he smiles , my smile drops "I have a baby and just got out of a relationship , I'm sorry" I say starting to pull away but he holds on to my waist keeping me in place "I don't care about any of that , I'll wait for you " he says "you don't even know me " I whisper .

" I've known you since the fourth grade , your favorite snack is pickles , you love comic books , and food . When you're nervous you bite your lip or shake your knee , you hate it when people call you short and confrontation . When you get frustrated you get all cute and scrunch up your nose , when you're nervous you play with your fingers or get wide eyes , when you pretend you're happy you give half a smile and when you're genuinely happy your smile reaches your beautiful brown eyes " he says , I stare at him in shock "no I'm not a stalker I just liked you since the sixth grade , one day everyone was laughing at me because Ken told everyone I'm special Ed for saying cinnamon instead of Synonym , when that douche Ken came back from sharpening his pencil you pulled his chair back so he fell on his ass instead of the chair " he added "wow " I say shocked he remembers all that "can I kiss you ?" He asks "yes " I whisper , he leaned down and pressed his plump lips against mine , it didn't feel right , I didn't get fireworks like with Justin , I didn't feel anything except that someone wanted me and needed me .
