The Longing~

Elena Was Sitting Outside On The Bench, Letting The Cool Wind Brush Her Shoulders And Blow Her Hair. Elena Was Lost In Thought Wondering Who Her Heart Belonged To, The Goody Two Shoes And Savior Stefan Or The Bad Boy Who Loved Doing Things His Way....Damon. She Shuddered Just Thinking Of His Name, Not Knowing Why He Had That Effect On Her, Little Does She Know That Was Only The Beginning. 

~Sighs Heavily And Looks Up At The Sky~ 

"Why is it so hard to Choose? A few months ago i would've chose Stefan in a heartbeat but now..." 

Elena closes her eyes breathing deeply 

"Thinking of me?" 

She quickly opens her eyes and looks to her side with a stern look 

"Damon."

Smirks "In the Flesh, Now what are you thinking about that you have to close your eyes?"

"Nothing it doesn't matter, why are you here?"

"Don't act like you don't want me here but since you asked sooooo nicely i'll gladly tell you" 

Elena Rolls Her Eyes Not Caring Anymore

"Stefan wanted me to make sure your OK" Smiles

"Why didn't he come himself?" looks at him confused

"I don't know i don't worry about that goody two shoes social life"

Sighs "Why did i even ask?" stands up walking towards the front door

Uses his vampire speed and turns her around looking in her eyes 

"Damon what are you do-"

"Shhh" moves closer holding her waist 

Looks back into his eyes seeing the trust and love he has for her "Damon..you know i can't right now" 

"Right...always gonna be Stefan" let's go but keeps looking in her eyes

Elena looks back then down and hears the wind next to her

"What do we have here?" Stefan stands there wondering things

Damon smirks staring at him "Oh nothing just having a nice talk with the lovely Elena" pats her back

Elena looks at him a little mad hiding her blush "We were just talking..nothing else"

"Well actually we-"

"Enough Damon" looks at him and rolls his eyes looking back to Elena "i believe you, lets go inside" walks past them both walking inside the house

Watches Stefan walk past then looks at Elena and winks following behind Stefan "See you inside"

Looks at him walk past and sighs looking up at the sky "Let it go Elena..These feelings mean nothing" but as she walked in the house and closing the door behind her she thought in the back of her mind "What if there not?.."
