Your p.o.v~

I woke up in an embrace by Ciel, I couldn't help but smile and nuzzle my head into his chest. A small yawn escaped his mouth making me blush.

"Good morning beautiful." He replied in a raspy voice as he hugged me tighter.

My eyes shot open, 'did he really just call me beautiful?' I couldn't believe my ears, Ciel Phantomhive called me...beautiful. In all honesty I wanted to cry, but forcefully held back the "happy tears".

Ciel's p.o.v~

Did I just call her beautiful?! The words just kind of flew out of my mouth unconsciously, I felt her body tense up and I released my grip on her. She pulled her head up to match my gaze.

"Good morning to you too, Ciel." She said with a smile and a twinkle in her eye. "I'm going to go back to my room to change." She got up and walked out the door, closing it behind her.

I sighed, 'if only we could do this more often'. I thought to myself.

Your p.o.v~

Once I got to my room I slipped off Ciel's nightshirt and put on a short black dress with ruffles on the skirt and wrists. I wore my flats decorated with silver sparkles along with the dress. I walked downstairs to find Ciel already dressed and eating breakfast at the table. It bothered me when he frowned, but as always I put up with it.

"Nice to see you out of bed." I joked.

"Yes, you as well." He smirked.

"So, what are you doing today?" I scrunched my nose in curiosity.

"Just some paperwork, then a trip into town." He picked at the scraps on his plate.

"Oh?" I smiled.

"That reminds me, would you like to come?" He looked at me hopefully.

"With you into town, why I don't see why I couldn't attend." I clasped my hands and sat down beside him.

"Splendid." He said as Sebastian grabbed his plate and placed it on the cart to be washed.

"Sebastian prepare the carriage for our trip." Ciel demanded.

"Yes my Lord." Sebastian bowed.

After about 5 minutes the carriage was ready for our little "trip". Ciel helped me in as Sebastian shut the door with a smile. Ciel sat across from me as he usually did, 'maybe it was so he could keep eye contact during conversation?' I looked at the scenery we passed through the window as did Ciel, there was an awkward silence so I decided to break the ice.

"Ciel, if you don't mind my asking why are we going into town?" I questioned.

"Just a little Christmas shopping." He huffed.

"Oh, I see, what do you plan to get?" My eyes lit up.

"Just something for the staff and yourself." He rested his head on his hand.

"Oh Ciel, How sweet!" I leaned forward, wrapped my arms around him, and thanked him.

"Well the servants deserve a small praise plus it is an annual tradition." He observed our surroundings through the window.

The carriage suddenly came to a halt as we pulled up to a fancy looking store. Sebastian opened the door and helped Ciel and I out of the carriage, we then walked into the large shop filled with beautiful jewelry.

"Ah, Lord Phantomhive nice to see you this fine morning!" Exclaimed the clerk.

"Yes I assume it is. I placed an order for a certain piece has it yet to arrive?" Ciel asked.

"Why yes it has! Here you are." Said the store clerk handing Ciel a black velvet box.

"Pleasure doing business with you." Sebastian smiled.

'Hmm, I wonder what's in that box? Maybe I'll ask Ciel when we get home.
