Twenty Three

Odell POV

I opened the door and saw everyone cheesing with smiles as Toni blurted out the news.

"You're having a baby!?" Jarvis yelled

"Oh my Lord! My baby is having a baby!" My mom hugged me

"Chyna when were you gonna tell me?" Chyna  mother said

"I leave you alone for one year" Chyna dad scoffed

"Ok stop everyone! Yes. I'm pregnant. I think. To be honest I'm not really sure but I googled my symptoms and it said I was pregnant so I don't really know" Chyna said giving me Julian

"Take one right now" Toni said taking a pregnancy test out her bra

"Why do you have that!?" Jarvis asked

"Remember that "Gas stop" we had on are way here a couple yesterday. I had a little feeling in my belly and-"

"Okay thats enough. Chyna take the damn test!" Chyna's father said,she exhaled and smiled at me. I really hope that test comes out positive.

This was the longest 10 minutes of my life. All of us were sitting in the living eating slowly. Waiting.

I held onto Chyna's hand as we both stared at each other.

"I can't wait anymore. I'm gonna check it myself!" Chyna's dad scoffed

"Sir,with all due respect,if anybody's checking that test. Its me" I looked at him

He leaned back into the seat. Jarvis was in the kitchen with Toni eating the food.

"I'm gonna check" Chyna got up

"Okay. And no matter what that test says. We'll get through it-"

"Check the fucking test! We get it you love her!" Jarvis yelled from the kitchen

Everyone stared at Chyna as she walked to the bathroom slowly.

Chyna POV

I went in the bathroom with my eyes closed as I laid one hand in my stomach. This very moment was going to determine my entire with Odell. But I was ready.

"Please. Please. Please" I heard whispering from outside. I opened the door and saw Heather.

"Hi miss Heather" I smiled

"Hello sweetheart. Listen. I don't know you but when I hear the way son talk about you. It brings tears to my eyes,because it reminds me about how I was young and in love with his father. We met around the same age you and Odell did. We were young,foolish but we didn't care. I want that for you and my son" She said as we both shed a tear

"Can you check for me?" I asked her

"I'd be honored" She smiled,she picked up the test and squeled

"Congratulations!" She hugged me

"Oh my god. Oh my god! Its positive!" I cheered looking at the test

I ran downstairs and hugged Odell while cheering. He got the message without me saying a word.

"I'm having a baby! We're having a baby!" He said with tears in his eyes cheering

"Baby. I'm so happy for you!" My mom hugged me

"Yay! Shes pregnant congrats woo woo! Now can we finally finish eating people!?" Jarvis asked

"I'm with Jarvis on this one. Come on!" My dad  laughed.

This was the best Christmas present ever. I couldn't believe I was pregnant,I'm a little nervous but I know I can get through it with Odell. And it makes me even happier seeing Odell being so committed with this journey.
