It's Complicated.

chapter 1

Aubrey's POV:
*beep beep beep* I woke up when i heard my alarm, it was 6:30. I groaned... I was so not looking forward to school. After lying in my bed for a few minutes; I finally got up and chose an outfit for school.(picture above) I brushed my teeth and braided my hair. I still had a few minutes before I had to leave so, I grabbed my phone and went downstairs. "Goodmorning mom," i said sarcastically. Goodmorning she said. Breakfast? she asked. "Sure, i'll have eggs and toast."
*10 minutes later
I got up to put my plate in the sink. I grabbed my bag and walked towards the door... "see you later mom, love you." I walked out the door and hopped in my car. I was halfway to the school when I noticed a new restaurant, today was its grand opening. So, when I got to school I asked my best friend Chandler if she wanted to check it out after school and she said heck yeah. I giggled a little. It was time for my first class which was the one I hated most... geometry.

*Lunch

I went to the cafe and sat with Chandler. We didn't really eat we just sat and talked. Lunch was over and it was time for my next class. I stopped at my locker to get my books and headed to class. The rest of the day went fast. I texted Chandler during last period and told her to meet me at my locker. When class was over I walked to my locker and there she was... My best friend Chandler. We walked outside to my car. We got in and headed towards the new restaurant, when we got there it was really packed but we weren't surprised. We got out and went in and got a table. We were seated and Chandler and I sat and talked. I noticed a guy who was kind of cute, he kept staring at me smiling; so I smiled back. He looked kind of familiar. I thought about it for a second, and it hit me he went to my school. He was new... we had a few classes together but we had never talked. All of sudden Chandler flicked my forehead and said who are you drooling over? "Huh?" she stared at me with an impatient look. "Oh l, no one" she turned around.... Oh the new kid she said. He's hot. I laughed and agreed. She kept trying to get me to talk to him but I was too shy. After we had ordered our food and we had eaten, the boy got up and walked over to our table. I just stared for a bit until he said "hi, I'm Cameron" I smiled and an said, "hey...I am Aubrey." "that's a nice name" I shrugged and blushed a little. He asked for my number and I was definitely shocked and I could tell Chandler was a but jealous but she smiled anyway. I sat dumbfounded for a moment before I said "sure." I gave him my number and he gave me his. I smiled as he walked away. Chandler was giving me a sour look whe I turned around. "What?" you tokd me to talk to him. She rolled her eyes and we left.
