A year ago I dreamt about spending a night with you.
You'll sit with me under the stars.
You'll look at me with twinkles in your eyes.
You'll tell me you love me.
Then I'll tell you I love you too.
Half a year ago, my dream came true.
You spent the night with me.
You sat with me under the stars.
You looked at me with twinkles in your eyes.
You told me you loved me.
Then I told you I loved you too.
A month ago, you told me you'll never leave.
You'll spend every night with me.
You'll sit under the stars with me.
You'll look at me with the same twinkles in your eyes.
You'll tell me you love me.
Then, I'll tell you I love you too.
A week ago, I caught you cheating.
You spent the whole night with her.
You sat under the stars with her.
You looked at her with the same twinkle eyes you looked at me with.
You told her you loved her.
She told you she loves you too.
Then you broke my heart and left.
A day ago, you caught her cheating.
She spent the night with him.
She sat under the stars with him.
She looked at him the way she looked at you with the twinkles in her eyes.
She told him she loved him.
He told her he loved her too.
Then she broke your heart and left.
Right now, you're standing in front of me.
Under the moonlight asking for my forgiveness.
Under the stars asking me to take you back.
You looked at me with the twinkles in your eyes.
You told me you loved me.
And I....
I told you I'm stupid for believing you in the first place.
