I woke up at 9:30 sharp. Half of myself didn't want to get out of bed and see him but the other did. I didn't even care about how I looked, I wasn't even hungry.
It was raining and I just sat on the couch watching the slow smears of water roll down the window
My phone read 10:00 and I grabbed my car keys heading out the door

I got stuck in traffic and sat there with the low hum of song in the background
What do I say to him
Will he be happy
Will he be sad
Will he still love me....
That question stung and I turned the music up louder hitting the gas pedal

I stood outside his room door soaking from the rain. I don't want to go in
I opened the door to the bare room revealing Shawn playing with his thumbs, tear stains and blood shot eyes
"S-Shawn." I slowly walked over
"Y/n!" Shawn smiled and sat up hugging me tight.
I inhaled his sent and felt okay.
Maybe this will work out
"How, how are you." I slightly smile sitting down on the chair beside him
"I'm okay. I guess." He looks down at his suicide note in his hands then at me
"I'm sorry." He whispers unable to speak
"I couldn't love you the way you needed to be loved. I just wasn't there for you when you needed me. I didn't think it would matter if I started new so I thought. Why not just end it."
The room was full of silence only the sound of the rain on the window echoed through the cold walls
"I love you." I cried and laid beside him hugging him tighter than I ever have. I can't loose him
"I love you too." He starts to cry leaving his tears on my head
"I didn't appreciate your love for me until you almost left me." My hands started to shake and Shawn held them
"Shh it's okay." He cooed
"We're okay."

Sorry very short and the endings kinda a cliff hanger not really just another happy ending!
