The sky cracks with thunder and then lighting in rage, making the already heavy rain; Heavier. Sitting on my Dark purple satin sheets, I gaze out the window and into the storm. Something about the roar of thunder and the crackle with lighting make me tingle with excitement.
Bella meows with one paw on the window of our french doors, watching the drain drops fall to the surface of the balcony. Her blue eyes watch fierce with curiosity and fascination, she jumps up onto her hind legs wiggling back and forth while pawing at a raindrop.
The sky gives another roar of thunder and crackle of lighting as I giggle at my sweet black cat. Sliding across my bed, I get up and walk over to Bella; the hard wood floor creaking under my weight. Crouching down to pet her when a dark figure catches the corner of my eye, quickly standing up I peer out the window. Watching the spot the dark figure was standing, another flash of light lit up my surroundings and a man in a black cape; crouching on a roof top.
His face was shielded by darkness, but there was something familiar about the man in the black cape. Something soft rubs up against my leg, I look down at Zinnia and she meows. Smiling I look back up at the mysterious man but he has vanished from the roof top, shrugging it off I pick up Zinnia and she rubs her cheek on my neck. Nuzzling her back I say, "I love you to." Once we reach my bed she jumps down onto the silky blanket and waits for me to join her.
Slipping into bed the satin sheets cold against my bare skin, but Zinnia purrs as she walks over to me and curls up next to me, petting my little heater I stare at the ceiling thinking of the man in the black cape. My eyes get heavier and heavier and I am unable to evade sleep, I close my eyes and fall into a memory.

It was a sunny afternoon and I had just moved into town, We were in highschool; Freshmen year. I walked down the block to a local park and saw a boy drawing by a tree, a group of junior boys started walking towards the boy laughing. They started ripping up his artwork and throwing dirt at him, calling the boy dirty names. My hands balled into fists as I watched, it seemed as if I was blowing smoke out of my nose. I got so angry, I made my way over there, punching the leader of the group right in the face; making both his mouth and nose bleed. Once I had fought them off, only sustaining a few cuts. I turned around with a smile on my face, crouching down and picking up the pieces of this boy art work. I handed them back to him, looking into his eyes and my heart instantly fluttered. They were a pale baby blue, they were so fascinating. I instantly fell in love with those eyes, "Hi m-my name is Momo."
