To open with, I'd like to ask any new readers - i.e. this is the first time you've read the story - to skip the preface. It exists purely for returning readers from the original posting.
Moving on, hello all to those who are back! I know not many of you are around what with the years it's been, but for those who are, thank you! It means a lot to know it still interests you, but this will not be an exact copy-and-paste. Rather it is an evolution, meaning that while it is keeping the same characters, setting, plot, etc, it will be executed differently. This is due to the changing times, while back in 2011 it was fine to change POV constantly, and randomly interject with various author notes, nowadays people prefer to see one person's view point at a time - some exceptions. This means there will be more chapters for the same amount of story, it will just have modified details, for example the first chapter will consist of a more detailed setting of the metaphorical stage, told by a single person, rather than the original four person fun fest.
I apologize if this causes sore feelings, but I promise if you loved the original, you'll love this one more.
