Step 1:Open Autodesk Sketchbook and click on the icon with the ruler. Then click on the import image button to open your image in the app.

Step 2: Now select the rainbow coloured icon next to the layer icon and select the colour picker.

Then move it around over the image and pick the colour of the part that you want to start with. In this case, I decided to start with the hair.
