First you cut out the background of the castle and place it over the island (I'm using photoshop mix)

Then I put the castle on the filter punch

After that I merge the two layers together.

Then I blend the clouds

After that I layer the Lightning.

Then I merge everything together and put it on the filter sepia.

As you can tell it doesn't look quite like the original.
