Night of the Blood Moon

Just a Normal Day......

*Beep*  *Beep* *Beep* Garret Slams down on the snooze button. "Garret!!! Wake up your going to be late for school!!!" Kaytlin yelled from the bottom of the stairs. "Yea, Yea, I know" Garret yelled back. He sleepily dragged his heavy legs over the side of the bed. His room was a mess, dirty clothes on the tan carpet, magazines on the wooden table in the middle of his room, dirty posters hanging on the puke green walls. He looks outside the open window on the side of his bed. Looks like it's going to be another hot and humid day . He thought as he felt the sweltering heat against his already sweaty face. He gets ready for school and heads out the door. His school is only less than a mile away from his house so he walks with his sister Kaytlin and her friend Kim. "Good morning!" Kaytlin said cheerfully to Kim as the met up with her outside of her house. How can Kaytlin be so full of energy so early in this boiling day no less? Well I guess she always is cheerful no matter the time of day or weather. They arrive at school where their friend Quin was waiting for them. "Good morning." She said to them as they approached the front gate to the school "Good morning!" they all replied in unison other then Kim the girl who hardly says anything. "Well I better be of to my first block, see you at lunch Kaytlin!" Garret said as he hurried to class knowing that he was going to be late. The rest of the group went their separate ways. Garret enters his homeroom which is also his first block. 

"Good morning David!" Garret said to his best friend. "Hey dude, have you seen the new first person shooter?" David replied. "Please turn to page 251 in your textbook, will Joe please start reading?" his teacher said as he started class.

*Ring* The school bell sounded for lunch. Garret yawned as he made his way to David who was waiting to go to lunch with him. "I'll get the cheese pizza please." Garret said to the lunch women. After he got to lunch he made his way a crossed the distrusting cafeteria that's splattered with crumbs and miscellaneous trash. "Hey Sis!" he said to Kaytlin "Hey Kaytlin." David said quietly as he sat down. Quin and Kim later joined them. The day past in what felt like minutes. They all gathered in the courtyard other then Quin who goes a different way. "Okay guys I think it's time we head home." Garret Suggested

Just then they hear a sudden Screech they look around only to see.......................
