Hello everyone, my first rant yey
ok to begin i will refer to the rapist as with a bolded it bc honestly it can barely be described as a being anymore smh
my physical education teacher took off a week due to jury duty (don't worry the case was closed), and told us the case after SOMEBODY (fucking heather u lil shit) asked what the case was about.
the case was about rape, there were 3 victims, who were raped by their uncle (they were all cousins).
it happened at a young age, and to one of them, it happened when they were only in 8th or 9th grade (they cant remember, which is important 4 future ref)
one of them was kissed (violated af, what a rood ass uncle ), and when she told her mother (its sister), her mother told her to just stay away from it
when the one who was in 8th/9th grade told her friend about what happened, her friend did nothing. she went to the police, i think a few years later. they worked on the case for literally a week, then closed it. they reopened the case when the person asked them about it.
the girl is now hecking 33 years old. she was raped when she was 13/14/15.

they closed the case bc she couldnt remember how old she was, which the judge took as an excuse for
letting it walk free bc "there was too much time between the crime and the formal trial."

it didnt even spend any jail time, and didnt get labeled as a sex offender either.
i s2g im contacting the law ppl with a letter w/a paragraph or two completely dedicated 2 having ur body violated (ill use an excerpt from a book w/mind control, after getting the author's permission. duh. ofc its gonna b longer than 1-2 paragraphs, ill write 5-8 pages o shit time 2 get my a ham on)
