"Yes..." He only had time to say that since the second after I rushed to leave his bed which ended up with me falling in the cold ground

"What's wrong with that?" He shrugged and helped me get on my feet , I frowned

"What's wrong with that?" I asked ironically "does he knows I was here?"

"Yes...but he doesn't mind, I can assure you that" He smirked "don't occupy your mind with worries, let's just make you something to eat" he smiled and picked my hand

"It's ok my dad went out to ask miss Theresa to make me something to eat" I smiled too

"How long ago?" I frowned

"Almost an hour ago, he should be here already but I assumed that because he can't walk very properly he would get late, but not this late"

"We could go look for him if you want?"

"He's a grown up, he should be responsible enough to know where he is... But, on the other hand, if he isn't responsible to take care of his daughters this doesn't surprise me" I sighed

"Let's just look for him...I mean I will go look for him you stay here and rest"

"I cant stay here and rest, I'm going to my room, I'm sure Peter will want to have his room back" he sighed and smirked

"Your choice...come! I'll help you get to your room" I linked our arms together as he helped me get to my place.

As I entered my room a cold wind slapped my face making me shiver

"Who left the window open?" I neared the window and leaned in its parapet to look down at the snowy ground, everything was covered in white, trees and flowers frozen to their death and undressed of the beautiful leafs that once covered their branches

"It is depressing isn't it?" He asked disturbing my thoughts

"I wouldn't say depressing, but yeah it is horrendous" I murmured as he sighed

"Oh well I would like to stay but I don't think your dad will be found by himself ,I'll see you when I find mister Andrews" he bowed down

"Oh ah ok...thank you for helping me"

"No problem, It was my pleasure to be helpful" he smiled, his big smile was in fact beautiful, I had never noticed how pretty the colour of his eyes were, they weren't just brown, they had some sort of magic in them, I don't know what but his eyes were particularly...brilliant

~~^^~~

Maybe I should have looked for him when I could, and maybe I could have found him. Its been three days since my dad disappeared and in the state he was in he can't be alone for too long, he may be hurt now, or worst...this cold can kill.

I tried to eat my breakfast but neither Valerie, Queen or I were really hungry. I was only sitting on that table because Edmund made me do so, king Peter is out once again trying to find my dad while I'm stuck inside this suffocating walls that make me feel like a prisoner everyday. I can't do anything to find my dad because they don't let me, and that makes me feel useless.

"Come on you have to eat something" caspian woke us three from our thoughts

"I already drank a cup of milk" Queen murmured looking down to her feet

"I'm not hungry" Valerie played with a fork as I silenced myself.
I'm revolted because they're making me stay in the castle when I could be doing something to find my dad.

"Hey Vanessa, I was wondering if you could help me feed the horses today?" Lucy asked as I looked at her and nodded, at least I could distract myself with something
