Dipper Pines: A brown haired boy with brown eyes. He is quite the geek and is very eager to learning.
Mabel Pines: Dipper's twin sister, they basically have the same appearance. Only does Mabel have long hair and braces. Mabel is very bubbly and seems to be happy 24/7.
Stanley and Stanford pines: the two 'grunkles'. Stanley loves Mabel but seems to get some kind of pleasure out of teasing Dipper. Stanford has a personality similar to Dipper's, problem is, he doesn't show up very often.
Bill Cipher: A blonde almost golden haired guy of Dipper's age with golden like eyes. He's quite popular, especially with the girls.
Pacifica: A blonde haired girl, also of the twins' age. She's 'the rich girl'. But her home situation isn't exactly great.
Candy and Grenda: Mabel's friends, they seem weird but are quite fun to hang around when you get to know them.
"Aww, 'c mon Dip! it can't be that bad!"
Dipper and Mabel pines' parents had died in a tragic car accident not a week ago. A friend of their parents took them in for a week but could not keep them for any longer. The only option was to go live with their Grunkles. And well, even though Mabel likes to see things from the bright side, Dipper didn't really look forward to it.
"Stupid," "worthless," "freak." Those were words grunkle Stan like to call the boy, he threw them at him as if it was nothing. But little did Stan know that they hurt, a lot. Dipper could however get along really well with Stan's brother, Ford. They were both nerdy and liked to invent stuff, though, Ford wasn't the type you call 'social.' The guy could lock himself up in the basement for days and not come out.
"Mabel," Dipper sighed "Stan doesn't exactly 'like' me." he explained "And Ford is too busy 'studying Gravity Falls' mysteries' to actually spend time with me." he said.
"Well, we can go on adventures in the woods, like we always did!" Mabel replied, excitement was heard in her voice, but her eyes shot a worry.
"We could, but we wouldn't have as much time for that as we used to. We'll have to go to school there!" Dipper said, the thought of school send shivers down his spine. He was never bullied, but he wasn't the type who had a lot of friends either, no, not at all.
"I am sooooo exited for high school! I heard Grenda and Candy are going to the same school as we are!" she replied. Grenda and Candy had became friends with Mabel a few summers ago. They would throw loud sleepovers at the shack and forced Dipper to make overs.
Dipper sighed "Alright then, let's get going." Somehow Mabel always managed to cheer him up, that was one of the many reasons that he'd never abandon her..
As they set foot into their new house that grunkle Stan liked to call 'The Mystery Shack' Mabel got a warm welcome from Stan. Dipper however got a brief nod. "I'm assuming Ford is in the basement?" Dipper said, slightly irritated at how distant Stan was acting.
"Yeah, the ol' guy never comes outta there." Stanley growled. The relationship between the two wasn't very heart warming, they'd fight about dumb things a lot, when Ford actually came out of the basement, that was.
"Come on Dipper, let's go unpack our stuff!" Mabel janked on Dippers sleeve and ran upstairs, followed by her brother. "Woah, someone cleaned up here!" Mabel said once they had opened the door.
"This can't be the work of Stan!" Dipper teased, walking to the left side of the bed, which he had 'claimed' the first summer they got here. He put down his backpack and sat himself down on the bedside.
Mabel started hanging up posters of her favourite boy bands. Once she was done she crossed her arms and let out a satisfied sigh. "It's good to be back, isn't it?"
Dipper sighed and looked up at the ceiling "In a way, it is."
