Teenage Problems

Chapter one

My name is Nevaeh Marie Robinson. It's the second day of my sophomore year. My closest friend,Sierra, is a freshman and we have most of our classes together since I'm not in honors. I'm waiting outside for the first bell to ring with Sierra and her boyfriend Cody. Sierra is talking to me and Cody about how yesterday, the first day of school, went, when I hear Alison say my name.
"Nevaeh." I turn around to see a smiling Alison. Alison and I are pretty close friends ever since we started dance together when we were 7.
"What's up?" I ask. She giggles a little then points to a group of boys. This is the group of boys that are all the popular boys. There's Matt, Aaron, Chandler, and Brayden. Matt and Aaron are so annoying, Chandler is sweet, and I've liked Chandler for over 3 years now and he's not aloud to date until he's 16, which is this year. But when I look over I see someone else, someone new.
"Who's that?" I ask wondering.
"I don't know I just saw him get out of the car. You should go talk to him, you're never afraid to talk to anyone." She says. I nod my head and start walking over to the group. I take 2 steps and the bell rings. I can't talk to him now. I guess I'll have to do it tomorrow.
"I need to go to my locker." I say as we enter the school. Sierra nods and follows me after Cody kisses her forehead. Once I get my books we head to first period.
*bell rings*
"Hello everyone. We have a new student. His name's Grayson and let's make him feel welcomed." Mrs. Matthews says. I look at the door and there stands the boy I saw outside. Grayson, what a lovely name.
"Grayson, there's a sit beside Mrs. Robinson over in the back if that's okay with you." He nods and walks to sit beside me. Sierra sits behind me and I look back at her and she starts laughing.
I look over at Grayson and he smiles and says,"Hey I'm Grayson Dolan. May I ask who might you be?"
"I'm Nevaeh Robinson. It's nice to meet you Grayson."
"You too Nevaeh." The final bell rings and class begins.
*lunch bell rings*
"Nevaeh may I sit here." I look up to see a smiling Grayson pointing at the seat beside me. I nod and he sits.
"So, Grayson, tell me a little bit about yourself. Like do you have any siblings?" He nods while taking a bite of pizza.
Once he swallows his pizza he speaks, "I have an older sister named Cameron and a twin brother named Ethan. Cameron has already graduated high school and Ethan has an allergic reaction right now and he don't want to come on his first day of school looking the way he looks." Wow! He has a twin. I wonder if they look alike because if so I won't be able to concentrate on my school work. Grayson looks like an edgy type kinda bad boy but he doesn't act the part.
"What is Ethan like?" I ask curiously.
"Ethan can be annoying and some points of time and can be a goofball in others. But he's cool. I think he's coming tomorrow." If it's true then I can't wait.
*bell rings*
"Well I'll see you in 6th period Nevaeh?" He says/asks.
"See you then." We walk out of the cafeteria and slit ways.
