Chapter 5 - Coffee Date

You woke up and it took you a second to remember where you were, you covered by a blanket, I didn't put this blanket on me... You thought and saw Calvin walk out of his room, you quickly pushed yourself up into sitting position.
"Hi," you said in a groggy voice.
"Are you ready to go get coffee?" He asked.
"Yes let me just wash up." You said getting up and Calvin pointed you to the bathroom.

*Time skip*

Calvin and you walked out of the house together and hopped into the car, the nearest Starbucks was about 2 minutes away. When you parked and got out of the car Calvin tried holding your hand but you let go of it leaving awkward silence. Calvin then held the door open for you and you could already smell the coffee and couldn't wait because you were super tired from talking with Calvin late at night. You got in line, there was a guy in a suit in front of you holding his laptop case and he was ordering you attention drifted away from him as Calvin looked at you.
"What do you want? I'll pay for it by the way." He quickly said.
"Oh you don't have to pay for it... I got money in my pockets." You said while stuffing your hands around in your jeans. Calvin then pulled your hand away.
"I got it." He said and walked up to the counter as the guy in the suit left and passed by you on the way out.
"Go ahead, order." Calvin whispered softly and smiled.
"I'll have [insert coffee preference]." The girl behind the counter nodded.
"How about you sir?" The lady looked at Calvin.
"I'll have a coffee with 2 sugars 3 cream." He stated as the lady punched in things on her screen.
"Will that complete your order today?" She asked, she sounded a bit too happy to be working. And Calvin nodded.
(A/N: I'm sorry I've never been to Starbucks, mainly Tim Hortons around here)
*Small time skip*
Calvin and you walked to a table with coffee in your hands and sat down. You and Calvin talked about random stuff and you found out more of his interests and you even started laughing at his stupid jokes and you blushed when he called you cute.
"What is your job Calvin?" You asked and Calvin looked a bit disappointed in the question.
"Well... I make YouTube videos and I kinda have a fanbase so I get money from advertisers on my videos." He laughed, "It's kinda nice."
"That's pretty cool actually." You said. "My job is working at the grocery store. Speaking of which I gotta go to work tomorrow." You sighed and picked up your phone to check the time. 11:36 am... You thought. Calvin has made the time go by so quickly I haven't even checked my phone... I wonder if Abby ca- your thoughts were interrupted by Calvin's voice.
"Oh is something wrong?" He asked and you put down your phone.
"No- nothing," you laughed. "I was just checking the time."
"When I talk to you the time seems to pass quicker." He said shyly and looked at you. What did he read my mind? You asked yourself. "We should hang out more." He said casually.
"That would be great," you said. "I'm glad I got to know you more." You smiled at him. If I'm falling for him how could it be bad to hang out with him? You thought with a bit of excitement.

IM SO SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN 5 DAYS... You see I kinda forgot this app existed and uh yeah...
