The preperation for the dance

James  sat there in his bed fiddling with a bow tie
"Why do we have to were this  stuff ?"he asked with s harsh tone in his voice
"Your lucky mate ,I have to were this rubbish "Sirius complained pointing at his dress robes witch were salmon with a white shirt and a orange bow tie "it's been in my family for sixty years "
"It looks like it was made by a muggle "James suggested
"I think it was " Sirius murmured
Then Remus ran in
"Peter's got a date !"shouted Remus
"Who ?"asked Sirius and James at the same time
"apparently Leah smorcan you know the one that keeps following Amos digory "lupin  answered "who are you going with ?"
"Amelia bones "answered Sirius
"Felicity brown  the one that hates muggles ,you ?"questioned James
Remus murmured words  so quite they couldn't here him
"Oh James ,he is asking us ...Remus you have already asked them you don't have to be so nerdy "said Sirius pretending to blush
"Nymphrodora Tonks "he said
"Ooooh the metamorphmagi "said James exuberantly
"What hair colour do you think she will have tonight ,green ,purple ,orange "Sirius teased
"Shut up Sirius "Remus demanded
Meanwhile in the girl dormitory girls were gossiping and and getting ready
"Molly move your dress off my bed "shouted Kiara
"I would if Lin moved her crap of mine "Molly sneered
"That's rich coming from you "Lin snapped
"SHUT IT " Lily yelled 
everyone shut up
"Can you guess who Leah is going with "questioned Sarah
"Who "everyone but
Lily asked
"Peter pettigrew "she squealed
The room was full of 'ewwws" until Lily spoke up
"What's wrong with Pet-"she was cut of by a large owl that flew on her bed ,it was addressed to Lilly so she took it and opened it

Unfortunately the undertaker that was Bering you grampy  has unfortunately passed away so we have had to rearrange you Grampy's funeral to next month

"The funeral has been moved I have  to stay here "
"Oh my gosh  "said Sarah "then you'll have to go to the dance "
"I'll just stay here guys "Lilly said glumly .molly got up out the group and sat on Lily's bed
"I'll stay to "Molly smiled shyly at lily "if your not going nor shall I "
"Thanks but no ,you'd really upset Arthur if you won't  show up "lily protested
"Arthur can wait remember what we used to say ?"Molly questioned
"Not really "sobbed lily
"That's good ,because I don't either "the room filled with giggles "will you come then ?"
"Maybe .."lily said grimly
"Ok then you can borrow my dress and I think Sarah can do your hair"
Molly suggested
Lily had no option asoon as Molly said that they all came hurrying towards her and after two hours of treatment they all looked dashing :
Lily in a sequin blue dress and hair in plait -knot over a wavy ponytail .
Molly in a yellow knee-length  dress and hair in a tight bun and two curly strands at the front
Kiara in a pink with a  diamond  waist and her hair curly and flowing down her back .
Lin wore a dark purple dress which had a waistband in black and her hair three tight knots (leaving out her bangs )
Sarah in a orange floral dress and hair in a fishtail .
Madelyn is a green dress with sequins on and her hair in curls with a plaits joining in the middle
And finally Leanne wore a white dress  and she had her hair in a French plait running around the brim of her head then losing at the end . After all the preparations they finally left to go to the great-hall .
