- People who trust you. You'll also need this even after getting the role.
- A kind heart. It's very important that you're kind.
- The responsibility of listening to what others have to say. If you don't, people may not be able to trust you as much.
- Being organised. Being organised for meetings and work can make you both look and seem like a head student.
- The knowledge of what you're going to say in the interviews. You can't mess it up on the last stage.
