Vanessa Pov:
*Yawn* I wake up remembering I had plans with my best friend Tre...I check my phone and Tre texted.
*Messages*

T:my mom is gonna drop me off in 10mins...

Tre Pov:
I'm done with everything I need to do...I walk downstairs grab a poptart and go to the car.
Mom: "Tre! We have to go quit playing games before I leave you."
Mom's Pov:
I walk to the car and see Tre in the car on his phone eating the rest of a poptart...I get in
Tre: "What took so long?"
Mom: "I was looking for your ass!"
Tre: "My bad."
Mom:"Tell me when you walk out the house!"
Tre: "K."
Mom: "Why is Jalen in the back?"
Tre: "Don't know, dont care."
Jalen: "Shut up Tre!"
*Pulls up to Vanessa's house*
Mom: "Make sure you text me when your done here."
Tre: "K"
Jalen: "Get outta here! I got practice first day can't be late!"
Mom: "Chill out"
Jalen: "Whatever..."
Tre Pov:
I watch them pull off and once their out of sight I knock on Vanessa's door.She opens it and we walk to her room...
Vanessa: "Hey Tre"
Tre: "Hey Vanessa"
Vanessa: "So the plans were to go to the mall right?"
Tre: "Read the text messages and find out!"
Vanessa: "Ugh...Really Tre why are you being rude?"
Tre: "Cause"
Vanessa: "Why? If you dont wanna tell me I'll leave it alone..."
Tre: "Okay I'll tell you later."
Vanessa: "Kk"I say walking down stairs.
Tre pov:
Vanessa walked downstairs...Hope she isn't mad at me. I lay on the bed and doze off for a min.
Vanessa: "Look what I made PB&J your fav Tre"
Tre: "Thanks...Btw Malak is suppose to be coming with his gf."
Vanessa: "But I thought it was bestfriend day meaning only me and my bestfriend."
Tre: "Right but I haven't seen Malak in Years and he is my step bro."
Vanessa:"Fine but only this once will he be able to ruin our day."
