"Tell me M'Lord, why are you here?". Lady Margaret enquired.

"I'm looking for a wife. My first wife is not with me. My social galas are less and less these days. In Belfast, my reputation as a Lord, smuggler, and rogue, is in the newspapers. But it's not gossip I feel is problematic; it's the burning flame of my heart, that I crave".

"Aye, and pray tell, shall I be the Lady that burns into your heart, M'Lord?".

"M'Lady,  I'd be delighted to feel that you honor me with your graceful way of wanting  me. Never have a Lady told me so".

"Then shall we dance, as the Ladies see whether they have their own Lords to marry".  Lady Margaret glided to her Lord, bowed, then took his hand around her lithe body.

The dance was romantic.

A chandelier hovered their heads.

The huge dancefloor was full of other dancers. As other Lords arrived with their wives, the classical music begun to play by a band, as Lord Daniel swept Lady Margaret off her feet, as they were drawn together by a love that couldn't tear them apart.
