""Beep, Beep, Beep," The alarm went off and Maddy was awake. Waking up at 6:00 in the morning just to catch the bus, was not Maddy's favorite part of her day. It definitely wasn't the worst part of her day, knowing that she has to sit next to "Booger Boy" in 6th period He's always picking his nose...but not the point here.
As Maddy was entering her first period class, she saw her best friend, Katelyn. "I didn't know you were in this class!"Maddy said with excitement. "I just switched to a different class," Katelyn said.
The first half of Maddy's day wasn't going all that bad. And lunch was almost here for Maddy (her favorite subject). The school she goes to serves pizza everyday, which was good for Maddy because sometimes they served something gross like SLOP.
"Katelyn, over hear," Maddy screamed. "And look over there." Said Maddy as they both looked over to table 6. "It's Josh Pickleson. Only the hottest guy in Maryland Middle School,". "If only he would take me to the dance," Maddy exclaimed."Should I ask him?" Maddy said. "Yeah," Katelyn exclaimed. "Ok, I'm going in!".
"Hey Josh...Um I was wondering if you would take me to the dance on Friday?"
