I walk into the room and he's sitting in my bed with his head down, he seems like he knows what's coming. Good.
"I don't deserve this.." I thought to myself.
"Why do you want me in here.? Didn't we just get done?" he asked with a smirk on his face.
"We need to talk.." I said sounding a lot harsher than I meant to. But whatever. He deserves it.
"I'm done." I said without looking him directly in the eye.
"What do you mean?" he asked
"I mean I can't do this anymore. I'm done being your toy. I'm done being there only when you get bored or when you want something." I said.
"So you're saying you want to take a break.?" he asked.
"No."
"Then what are you saying?"
"I'm saying that I'm done, this isn't just a break. I'm my going to come back in a few months saying 'I miss you' or 'take me back', this whatever this is, it's done." I said, this time looking him in the eye.
"So does that mean I have to leave.?" He asked.
"Ill have to talk it over with the rest of the group but for now you can stay... You're moving your room to the basement though."
"But what if they get in..?"
"We'll deal with that when it happens. Now leave." He got up and left my room.
-time skip-
Kiara walked into my room about twenty minutes later.
"So what are we doing about him?" se asked after sitting on my bed.
"I think we'll put him in the basement?" I said.
"Are you asking me or telling me? You do run ths place. It was; no still is your house."
"I dont know, it's just... I dont want to send him out there with them.."
"But he treated you like shit.."
"I know Kiara.."
"He brought her here when you and Cameron did a run. He disappeared with her for hours, and even then he thought it was still okay to be with him. He lied to you and you still want him here and your house? Why?"
It took me a second to think about what she said. "Because if he goes out there than he'll die-"
"So? He can go live with her, you don't need him Aria. He does not deserve a second of your time."
"But Kiara..."
"But nothing. I'll let you think about this while I go searching. Do you want to come?"
" If you stop bringing it up I'll go with you." She smiled and nodded. She went and changed into a blue Nike shirt and dark jeans. She pulled her short black hair into a small bun.
"Ready?" she asked.
"Yeah, let me put on jeans." I said to her and she nodded.
"I'll meet you by the fence." I said okay and put on my light jeans I tied my hair into a ponytail as I walked to get my Converse. I opened the door to meet her outside.
"Lets go." I said to her as I got closer. We walked to the car and got it in. I put in my CD and let the music play as we drove to the gate of the fence. I saw a spot of blonde hair as we got closer to the gate of the fence.
"Where are you going?" Cameron asked me.
"Searching for more supplies." I told him. His blue eyes lit up.
"I think you guys would be safer if I came with you... Just sayin..." He said with a smile.
"Get someone to watch the fence then, we're leaving in a minute, so hurry up." I told him . He ran back to the house. He appeared about a minute later with Kiara's boyfriend, Kota and got in the backseat of the car. As the gate on the fence opened all the surrounding creatures turned. They all had dead eyes, rotting skin, and teeth sharp to show that they were ever human. One got close to the car. This one was a female, with short blonde hair that im sure looked good at one point. She looked like.she would have been a few years older than me if she hadnt been infected. We kept driving toward town, where there would be more "infected".
"Where are we going today? Like whats the plan?" Cameron asked.
" I think we should go to the Bargan Shop and see if theres anything we need left, after that we'll go to the sqare and look for clothes because it's getting warm out." I told him.
"We need more canned fruit if there's any." Kiara told us.
" What if we got seeds and started a garden? If theres any left.." Cameron asked.
"Honestly. It's worth a shot."
