Huntress

Author's First Note

Before we jump right in, I feel it is necessary to introduce the book to you because i don't want you getting confused.

Huntress, is the name of the main character of the book. Huntress, i presume, is supposed to mean a female Hunter and we'll come across the meaning as we dive further into the book. The book isn't based primarily on Huntress but on the characters surrounding her and the events that take place. She might as well just be the narrator. Don't get me wrong, Huntress is incredibly important for the plot. The book is set in Virginia, USA. I'm very very british so don't eat me up if i get the setting wrong for those of you who are from Virginia. i just heard it has a lot of forests and forests are gravely important for the beginning of the book and partially the ending. For those of you who are kind hearted, fragile, sweet or don't like gory stories...well, *chuckles nervously* Huntress is none of those things so. I have to say it is quite the brutal book and it is very deep and poignant...kinda disturbing but really interesting, i promise! I have no real update time but i promise not to keep you waiting too long. i do go to school and i take my studies pretty seriously, so updating might not always be my number one priority but it's certainly up there.

I don't want to keep you on this boring note any longer so, here goes...

BTW I deeply hope you enjoy the story, it isn't easy to write but i love doing it. and each chapter leaves me smiling or crying...depending on the ending!!! (hey, that rhymes) i thoroughly love the book and the characters and the time and effort i spend typing away. So join me, join me on this road trip to huntress's head; her feelings, her abilities, her breaking points, her weaknesses. And i hope you emerge with a largely perspective on life, just like i did.
