"Can I help you with something?" you asked politely, forcing a smile onto your face as you watched her eyes looking at your baby bump.
"Will you be leaving King's Landing when it's born?" she asked you as she finally made eye contact with you. She had not yet shown any interest in your pregnancy and you were happy to keep it that way, but now you were a little confused.
"Jaime and I haven't discussed where we will be living once the child comes, but it's likely we'll go to Casterly Rock. Your Father wishes Jaime to take his place as heir," you told her and her face turned stoney.
"He can't go he must be by Joffrey's side to protect him," she started, "but you should go," she added, causing you to scoff at her comment.
"Cersei, that isn't going to happen," you told her softly. "Jaime will go wherever I do," you continued as she glared at you. She caught you off guard as she wrapped a hand around your arm, pulling you towards her to look you in the face.
"You will not take him away from me, we have a bond that no one can break," Cersei growled as you pulled at her hand trying to get her to let go as she gripped harder. You could tell you would have a nasty bruise there later.
"Stop it, you're being ridiculous," you grunted at her as you managed to pull your arm from her. "You may be used to getting your own way, but you do not get to tell me and my husband how to live," you told her, rubbing a hand over the forming bruise and looking down at it as you did so. Before you knew what was happening, you felt her hands shove your shoulders causing you to stumble backwards a step before losing your footing, leaving you to cascade down the set of stone steps behind you.

The Great Hall was filled with people watching King Joffrey passing judgement on the men and women who came before him. Jaime hated this duty, watching his nephew (son?) cruelly laughing at the problems of the poor and hurting people of the court did not bring him any joy. He would much rather be laying in bed beside his sleeping wife, reading a book and drinking a cup of wine as she snored lightly.
He quickly noticed his wife's handmaiden as she rushed in through the doors of the hall, coming down the middle to his side but being stopped before she could get anywhere close. "Uncle, what is she doing?" Joffrey asked quietly as the girl protested that she needed to speak with Jaime Lannister.
"Let me deal with it, you continue with the days proceedings, I'll be back soon," he told the King as he moved away from the Iron Throne and down the steps, grabbing the girls arm and pulling her from the hall. "What are you doing?" he asked her as she looked at him with tear stained cheeks. She had grown very close with his wife during her pregnancy and they quiet enjoyed each others company, seeing her this worked up worried him as he watched her.
"Lady Y/N fell down some steps, the Maester is with her," she rushed the words out and his face went pale as he hurried down the halls towards his chambers.

You woke up in a dark room, lit only by the few candles that were dotted around on the surfaces. You were laying in the unfamiliar bed covered in a thick blanket and there was a sharp pain in your head which grew as you struggled to sit up, placing your hand on your stomach, it was swollen, obviously pregnant though you couldn't remember anything about it. You heard something shift by the other side of the bed and were quickly shaken from your thoughts as you turned to see a handsome man sitting in a seat beside you. His eyes were shut and his head rested on the edge of the bed letting out little snores as he slept. You were shocked to see anyone in the room and quickly decided to wake him and ask him your questions.
"Excuse me?" you spoke softly and he shifted, not quite awake yet. "Excuse me?" you said louder and his eyes shot open, his face smiling and bright as he looked into your eyes.
"Y/N, you're awake," he exclaimed, quickly getting to his feet and moving around the bed. "The maester said it would be a few days yet but I couldn't make myself leave just in case." You were watching him with confusion in your eyes, and his face softened slightly. "You fell down some steps; the maester said that the babe would live but he was concerned about your-" he uttered until you interrupted him.
"Who are you?" you asked and his face dropped in disbelief, you instantly felt bad as the man tried to stutter out a response.
"Y/N, thats not funny," he told you and when you continued to just look at him, his eyes filled with tears. "Please, My Love. Please try to remember," he told you as he reached his hands out to you.
"I'm sorry but I don't know you," you paused for a moment, swallowing hard as you glanced away from the man. "I think it would be best if you left until i've spoken with the Maester," you told him, trying to remain calm and polite whilst he sobbed into his hands. He shocked you when he quickly stood pulling his hands away and nodding at you before turning to leave the room. "I'm sorry," you finished as he pulled the door open and he sent you a small, half-hearted smile.
"It is not your fault Y/N, I'll fetch the maester for you," he murmured, his voice still thick with his tears.
