Depression is not always tears in the night.
The most dangerous kind of depression is a smile in the light.
"How are you?" "I'm fine"
We all know the lines
It's a play that can kill us
A film that can end us
Actors and actresses where we destroy our hearts
I say fine but my soul falls apart
I ask you how you are
When I want you to really see how far
I've fallen into the deep
With lies that I pile in heaps
Can you see the ocean I cried last night?
In my bed under starlight?
Please can you call my bluff and see
This smile hides the war in me?
