Prologue

      
        August 21st 2006 9:18 a.m.   Annie:6 Anna:26(The picture is her) Able:27

"M..mommy!" She cried holding her mother's hand while she lay there on the hospital bed.

"It'll be okay Anaston...I'll be okay! And when I get out of here we'll go to that ice cream place you love! Okay baby?" Her mother replied tears dripping from her dark green eyes.

"Yay! I'd love that mommy!" Wiping the tears from her eyes Anaston stood up giving her mother a big hug, then walking over to the couch, sitting down and grabbing a magazine.

"Ma'am we need to speak right away!" A doctor said coming into the room without knocking, sweating pin balls.

"I don't think you'd want your daughter here for this Mrs.Miller." Her mother grabbed her hand and whispered in her ear, "I love you with all my heart Annie! I want you to go find your daddy and tell him the same!" Anaston ran out of the room is search of her father.

"Ma'am, your CT scans came back, you seem to have a brain tumor,  She looked at the doctor in complete shock, the tumor is as big as a golf ball..I''m afraid to say this..but, there's nothing we can do for you here Mrs.Miller.. Her eyes filling with tears, she hears the door slam open.

"Anna!" She glances at the door and sees her husband Able by her bedside, along with Annie(Anaston).

"Annie! Able!" She cried, covertly wiping the tears from her eyes. Able watched as she did so. 

"Anna? What's wrong?" He inquired. 

"I'll leave you three alone." Annie stood up and sat at her mothers feet,

"Mommy, you can tell us anything!"  She directed, placing her small hand on her mothers.. Anna once again had a face full  of tears,

"I...I have a tumor..T-they can't get rid of it...T-they can't do anything!" Able immediately swung his arms around his spouse, as tears filled his eyes, Annie started to cry, she held her mothers hand tighter then ever before, and laid her head onto her mothers leg, 

"Everything will be okay mommy, You'll be okay, you're a strong mommy! I believe in you!" Able stood up, wiping the tears from his face,

"She's right Anna, Y-you can do anything!" A Younger looking doctor came into the room, 

"Are Y-you her family?" Everyone nodded, "S-she isn't gonna make it..they estimated her having 24 hours before the tumor spreads further and..a-and k-kills her..I-I'm S-sorry!" 

They all Stood/Laid there in shock, Annie stood up and planted a kiss on her mothers cheek, 

"MY MOMMY WILL FIGHT THROUGH THIS! SHE WILL WIN, S-S-SHE W-WON'T LET A-ANYTHING S-STAND IN HER W-WAY!" Annie's eyes where blood red, filling quickly with tears, 

"She won't lose.. S-she can't lose!" She took her mother's hand in hers, "You'll w-win? R-right M-mommy?" She sobbed.

"N-not this time Annie..I think Cancer will W-win.." Annie looked down..Crossing her hands letting the tears fall, she looked up at Able, his hands holding his chin, crying as well. He went up to Anna, and slowly went down to his knees, gave her a kiss and told her, "No matter what happens Anna...just know that I love you with all my heart, A-and, I W-want you to live a happy life in heaven my dear! You are the sunshine when any moment turns dark, I could count on you for anything, you mean the world to me my darling Anna, No matter what happens O-or where you end up, just know, I do, and always will love you !" He stood up, wiping his face, exiting the room leaving Annie to say her goodbyes.

"M-mommy!", She was sobbing, making it hard to speak clearly, "I-I Love Y-you! Y-you are my I-I-I-Inspiration! S-stay a F-F-fighter M-mommy! I-I L-love Y-You!" She kissed her mothers cheek, sobbing still sitting at the end of her bed.

"My sweet, sweet Annie, I love you too my dear! When I leave, I want you to take care of daddy! Okay? I love you my darling Annie!" Her mother opened her arms and wrapped them tightly around Anaston, kissing her forehead. Anna held her tight for a long time, until they where interrupted by Anna falling back starting to seize.

"DOCTORS! COME HELP PLEASE!!" Annie pleaded, running out of the room tugging on a doctors coat.

"Annie! Are you okay? Is she okay?" The doctor moved Annie out of the way, and ran to the aid of Anna, when he entered the room..It was too late, Anna laid there lifeless, her eyes as white as paper, Annie ran to her mothers side yelling, "MOMMY! MOMMY WAKE UP!! MOMMY!" Annie held tight onto her mothers hand, refusing to let go..

"Annie..She's..gone!" The doctor said, walking over to Annie, gently picking her up, Annie, crying in his arms. Able walked into the room, immediately falling to his knees, tears flowing down his cheeks, he stood up walked over to her picked up her hand and broke down, he sobbed, kissed her cheek and left.. The doctor came back into the room, and covered her in a thin baby blue blanket.

"Anaston.." Her dad said, lifting her up from the ground and hugging her, she laid her head down on his shoulder and cried, they hugged for a good 10 minutes until he put her down, as they both saw Anna be wheeled out cover by that blue blanket, filled with sorrow and fear, Annie ran, not knowing where she was going..she just..ran.

"Annie! Come back here!" A doctor yelled running after her, picking her up and hugging her, "I'm so sorry Annie!" He said taking her back to her father, later on in the day, Annie, and Able went home, and didn't speak for the rest of the day..
