"DANIELLE, CAN YOU COME DOWNSTAIRS PLEASE" shouted Sandra my social worker from downstairs

"COMING"

When I got downstairs Sandra told us that a couple was coming to visit and hopefully adopt one of us. We were told to line up one by one from youngest to eldest. As I am 16 I am the eldest so I'm at the very end. I really hope I get adopted because I'm nearly at the cut off age before I have to leave and make it on my own. Apparently the couple who is coming is really famous. I wonder who it could be??

Sandra left the room to go answer the door to the couple. The couple came in the room and I couldn't help but make my jaw drop, it was only THE Kris and Bruce Jenner. OMG, I could potentially be adopted by them. (K=kris B=Bruce D=Danielle S=Sandra)

K= "Hi guys, I'm Kris and this is Bruce and we're hoping to adopt one of you today.

They brought each child in one by one and after about 30 minutes it was my turn

S= "Danielle, it's your turn" I nodded and followed her into her office

K= "Hello, Danielle is it??

D= "Yes"

K= "It says here on your file that you're 16. You must be one of the older children here."

D=" Yes, I am the eldest child" I looked down remembering that I was here from a young age and was never adopted or even fostered. Kris nodded

B= " We're looking for a child aged ten and above as we do travel a lot. Would you be okay with that??"

D="Yes, I have always dreamed about traveling to different states or countries!!" Kris nodded at Sandra

S=" Well thank you Danielle, we have a lot to discuss. We should be through soon. I nodded and walked out the office

After a while Sandra came through to the games room with Kris and Bruce. We once again lined up youngest to eldest.

S=" Okay guys, Kris and Bruce have come to a decision. "

K=" We have decided to adopt.... Danielle" I have never had a bigger smile on my face

D=" Thank you so much" I ran over and hugged them.

K=" Why don't we head upstairs and get your things packed and into the car. "

Kris and I went upstairs and packed all my things into my suitcase and some boxes. Bruce came in and helped us take my things to the car while I said goodbye to everyone.

D=" I'm going to miss you, all of you" We then had a massive group hug. I then went to say goodbye to Sandra

D=" Bye Sandra"

S=" Bye Danielle" while we hugged

Kris then came in

K=" Ready to go??"

D=" Ready as I will ever be"

I waved bye to everyone and got into the car.

Once in the car for a while in silence

D=" Kris, Bruce,I was wondering what should I call you??"

K=" You call us mom and Dad if you want"

D=" Okay... Mom"
