"Seriously?" Tooey asks. I nod my head.

"Yeah. Last time I ran on an empty stomach. I feel like I'm going to throw up." I lie.

He nods and we all walk back. I grab my jacket and keep it in my hands. When we get to my cell, Smith unlocks my door. As he pushes it open I bump into him and stumble into my room. I turn around. "Sorry." I say to him.

He shrugs his shoulders and walks away. I take the walkie-talkie out of my jacket and smile. Phase one complete.

Twenty minutes after my lunch got delivered and taken away I leave my room. I know where the art room is so I meet everybody there.

I walk in at the same time Maya is. I smile at her and she returns it. Monty has a map out and is walking towards the south wall. He flashes his flashlight in a spot on the wall. "Right here. The communication lines are behind this wall."

We all nod and start to remove the art from the walls. I could live in this place. Miller then takes out a sledge hammer out of the cart. He looks at Monty and asks, "This big ass enough for you?"

I smile. Looks like fun. "Wait, they'll hear you!" Maya says.

Miller sighs, "This was the plan. She's afraid of losing her blood supply." I roll my eyes.

"You don't have to like me. You can blame me for what my people are doing, but I'm trying to make things right." Maya says.

"Then get out of my way." Miller threatens.

Maya looks at her watch. "Five seconds."

"What happens in five seconds?" I ask her.

Jasper smirks. "Miller realizes how much of a dick he is."

All of a sudden an alarm starts blazing. I smile. Maya looks at Miller. "A friend owes me a favor!"

"Time it to the blasts." Jasper says.

Miller smiles and starts to pound the wall. "Miller! Let me have a turn!" I say to him.

He looks at me and sighs while handing me the hammer. I smile like a little kid on Christmas. I pick up the hammer and smash it into the already smashed wall.

Wow does this feel good.

*Crack*

Each time I swing I release pent up energy that I didn't know I had.

*Crack*

Why is everything in my life going wrong?

*Crack*

Why am I alone here?

*Crack*

Why is everybody leaving me?

*Crack*

Patrick.

*Crack*

Clarke.

*Crack*

Octavia.

*Crack*

Bellamy.

*Crack*

Suddenly a hand is placed on my shoulder. I stop swinging and look at the person. It's Miller. He slowly takes the hammer out of my hands.

I'm breathing really hard. Miller gives me a nod. I nod back confirming that I'm okay.

Monty steps up to the hole that Miller and I made and flashes his light into it. "Jack pot." He says.

Monty then starts working with his radio. Ten minutes later and he turns back to us. "Okay. We can have a message that we can put on repeat. If anybody is listening they will here it. Here Lauren, you do it."

Monty hands me the walkie talkie. I shake my head. "No. Jasper you do it. I can't."

I hand the radio to Jasper. He gives me a look. "Are you sure?l" I nod my head. "Okay." He clicks the button. "This is Jasper Jordan. We need help. Forty-seven of us are trapped. They've taken Harper. We don't know how much time we have left. Please send help and hurry."

We all nod. Okay. Monty nods and he starts playing with the radio. A few minutes past and he sighs. "Damn it."

"So now we're totally screwed?" I ask.

He shakes his head. "Our message is broadcasting, but over a jammed frequency."

"Then unjam it." Miller says.

"What do you think I've been doing?" Monty asks. "We're gonna have to shut it down from the source."

"What? No! Like Maya said, it's way too dangerous." I say.

I need five minutes in the command center." He says.

"No. They're right Monty. It's was too dangerous." Jasper says.

Suddenly noise starts to come from the main door. "The guards coming." Miller says.

"Cover the hole!" I yell.

Miller, Monty, and I grab the supplies and load it back into the basket. Monty grabs it and starts to jog away. Jasper and Maya start to move the paintings. "We got this go!" Maya says to us.

I nod my head. Miller grabs my hand and starts to run down one of the aisles. We come to a sudden halt. Miller pulls me down so we're crouching. He puts his finger over his lips to tell me to be quiet.

I nod. Once the guard walks past us we get up and leave. Something catches my eye. An old book. The Odyssey. I pick it up. I remember Octavia saying her mom used to read this to her and Bell. I put it into my jacket.

We then jog down the corridors until we get to the elevator. Miller stops when I slide my key card over the sensor. I jump into the elevator and push the button for my floor. I give Miller and nod and he nods back.

The door close and I tap my foot repeatedly until the doors open again. I gingerly look around corners to make sure it's clear. I jog to my room. When I get there I put my key card away and flop onto my bed. Exhaustion takes over my body and I welcome it. Soon I'm going to get out of here. Soon I'm going to live my life.
