After what felt like an eternity, Jeff's voice broke the silence.

"You're awake." He said.

You nodded.

You were expecting him to attack or try to knock you out again, but it didn't seem like he was going to do either of those things.

He walked closer to you.

You wanted to step back but something in your gut told you not to.

His eyes seemed to have a faded blue look to them, even though they looked completely black before, they seemed to have changed in a way, it might have been the lighting.

Once he was closer, he put his hand on your head. He was barely an inch taller than you.

"Sorry about knocking you out." He said as he rubbed your head.

"Um, it's... fine, I guess." You replied.

He removed his hand and backed away, afterwards, he tilted his head slightly.

"How long have you been awake?" He asked.

"A couple minutes." You answered.

He nodded, turning his head away.

"By the way.." You started.

His eyes looked at you.

"What was that picture you had?"

He didn't answer.

You decided to take out what could have been your own half of the picture.

You took it out of your pocket.

"I think I might have the other part to it." You said, showing him the picture.

He almost instantly turned himself and looked directly at it.

"H-How did you...?"

"I found it."

"Where..?"

"...At a pet shelter."

He tensed up.

"Oh..." He seemed to be struggling to relax himself.

You wondered what was wrong, until you remembered something.

He's called 'Jeff the Killer' for a pretty obvious reason.

You sighed, causing him to look at you.

"You killed Jerris didn't you?" You said it as more of a statement than a question.

He looked away.

You didn't really think you should say this, considering murder is pretty horrible, but it's better to clear things now then never, and besides, you'd only be causing more trouble for yourself if you didn't say it now.

"Well, I forgive you."

He looked at you in shock.

"W...What...?" He spoke quietly, with disbelief in his voice.

"I forgive you." You repeated.

He stared at you for a moment, when all of the sudden, you saw tears form in his lidless eyes.

"Jeff? Are you okay?" You asked worriedly, taking a step closer to him.

He jerked his head to the side with a grunt, and he ran off.

"Jeff! Wait!" You reached out for him, but he was already gone.

You looked at the floor for a moment, and saw a piece of paper on the ground.
