Just the beginning

" Aaliyah , come here right now " Adrean screams from his bedroom . " No , you come here im in bed " I scream back . It was quiet for a while until I heard his footsteps coming to toward my room . "  Amiyah and I is going to the mall and since summer just started I know you want to go shopping so you can come along if you want " He says entering my room . " That sound like a plan give me at least an hour to get ready and I will meet you in the car " I say getting out of bed and heading to the bathroom . I put on my pandora and it starts playing  Creep by Tlc 

 I jumped in the shower and took at least a 30 minutes  . When I got out I walked to my closet and saw what I wanted to wear. I was just going to the mall with my brother and his girlfriend so I put on black leggings , a black tank top and my white and black Nike slippers then I put my hair in a high ponytail and threw on my white and black Nike visor with my hoop earrings . I grab my phone , charger and my wallet and head to my brother car . I got in the back seat knowing his girlfriend was coming and we head on our way out 

When we get to the mall there was a lot of people here but that's normal because this is like the hang out spot . First place we go is the food court since we didn't have time to eat anything . I went and got me some cheese fries and a cheese burger from Nathans while Amiyah and Adrean went to go get them some chinese food . After I got my food I went to find us a table then I began to eat . When Amiyah and Adrean gets to the table they looked mad at each other but I paid it no mind and continued to eat my food . Amiyah and I wanted to go to my favorite store Forever 21 and when I got in there I went crazy!I brought a couple a bathing suits and like 3 cover ups , then I brought 2 dresses , a skirt , a couple of crop tops and some shorts . I even got me some lipgloss . After we spend like a half an hour in there we went to Against All Odds so Adrean can do his little shopping , He got him a couple of jeans and nice shirts but he mainly wanted sneakers so we went to Jimmy Jazz . He brought at least 4 pairs of sneakers and I saw the purple blue and white Retro 10's and HAD to buy them . I even got a pair of black pumas , blue and white huaraches and 2 pairs of puma slippers . We went to one last store so I can get a couple pairs of jeans and then we headed home . When we got in the house I went straight in my room , changed my clothes and fell asleep .

"Aaliyah wake up" Adrean says shaking me . I roll over and gave him the death stare like I always do . " I'm sorry but it's about ma . She texted me and said she won't be home for another month or two " He says looking kind of happy but then sad . " Adrean , that could have waited until I woke up man . " I said rolling my eyes and grabbing my phone . " I know but it's already 3 and I wanted you to know now because she sent us 400 dollars each then she sent an extra 300 and auntie sent us 300 so we can go food shopping and anything for the house but after we go food shopping we can split the rest . Sounds like a deal ? " He asks raising an eyebrow . " That sounds fair enough , but I want to come with you to get the money " I replied getting up and going to my bathroom . " Alright be ready in an half an hour or your getting left " He says leaving my room . " Wait adrean , Kacey and Talia is coming over " I yelled . " Just make sure they have money sis " He yells back . I brush my teeth and wash my face then go to pick out something to wear but since I wasn't going anywhere special I just threw on the same thing I had on yesterday . I put my hair back into the ponytail and go down to the car . Adrean wasn't even at the car yet so I texted Kacey to tell her that he didn't care and they can start heading over since they lived an hour away . Then I got a phone call from my best friend Simone . " Heey best friend . I overheard Kingston tell Jeremiah that his friend Tysean is having a party tonight , we should go " She says sounding excited . " Oh my gosh a party , Yes yes and yes . I want to go and Kacey and Talia coming over here , we should pop out " I say even happier then she was . " Hold up hold up . What is this I hear about a party ? " Adrean says getting into the car . I sucked my teeth and ignored him . " Well Aaliyah just call me later and tell me whats going on . Love you bye " She says and then hangs up . " Aaliyah answer me " He says . " Simone's older brother Kingston friend Tysean is having a party tonight and I want to attend it with her Kacey and Talia " I say getting angry . " Tysean , No no no and no . Your not going to that party ." He says angry . " That's not fair .. You never let me do anything I want to do . This is the first party of the summer and now your saying I can't go , that's so not right . Everyone is going to be there " I say kind of angry but trying to make him feel bad . " Aaliyah I am only saying what is best for you . That kid is bad news and I don't want my little sister no where near him . " He replied . " But Adrean , It's just a party and it's not like i'm going alone . I just want to have fun , I do everything else I am suppose to do . I am good in school , I help around the house , I have a job .. And alll I want to do is go to the party . Please don't be like this " I say acting like I am about to cry . " Fine . Ya can go but I'm coming with " He says feeling bad then being an asshole . I just sucked my teeth and turned on the music . After we got the money from the check cashiers we went food shopping and had a bunch of food , snacks and fruit . I texted Simone and asked her what time the party started and she said 9 to 2 but we not going until 10 . When we get back to the house we started putting the food away then I heard the doorbell . "OMMGGG I MISSEDD YOUUUU" I said jumping on Kacey and Talia soon as I opened the door . " Omg I missed you tooo " Kacey says hugging me . I grabbed they bag and brung it up to the guest room . " Okay so guys to start off ya stay here we are going to a party " I told them . " Yessss bitch " Talia says being a little bird . " Who's party is it " Kacey asked . " Some boy named Tysean . He's one of Kingston's friends " I replied . "Oh my gosh , so that mean Kingston will be there ?" Kacey says all happy .. "Yes , yes he will and so would Aden" I say as I watch the biggest smile come on Talia's face Talia and Kacey had a crush on them two for the longest but never said anything about how they felt since they lived an hour away " The only problem is Adrean wants to tag along to make sure we are safe but I have a plan . *I began to whisper* . I texted his girlfriend and told her to act like she wants to go on a movie date and out to eat so that he have no choice but to go and he should be reciving that phone call about now " I said giving an evil smirk . We heard Adrean phone ring and ran downstairs to act like we was gonna finishing putting the food away . " But babe I have to go to that party ........ Okay okay 9 Oclock I will pick you up ... I love you too " He says hanging up the phone and comes back in the kitchen . " What happened Adrean " Talia asked sounding as if she really cared and didn't know what happened . " Amiyah wants to go out tonight but I was going to the party to make sure you guys were okay " He sounded kind of pissed . " Adrean listen to me , We will be fine . We are not them little girls that you remember babysitting and having to change our pampers and take food out of our hair . We are mature and know what to do and what not to . You have to trust me , I know your my big brother but have some trust in my . I'm gonna be fine bro " I say feeling kind of bad . " Okay little sister . I have trust in you . Don't make me regret letting you guys go " He says . I hug him and all finished putting the food away then head upstairs so see what we going to wear since we had 3 hours left because we wanted to go get food before .
