I'm cursed, but not with bad luck.. Unfortunately I'm cursed with magic.. I have know idea what my powers can do and I'm still learning. Oh and to add to my problems I have to juggle a normal life, what do you mean by that you ask, well I have to go to school and work. I have to be a normal teenager... Haha how stupid of me I forgot to tell you my name, well I'm Winter Barkly and I'm 17, I have a sister named Harnly who is 11, and we live in Nasterville, USA (made up btw). Our mother died when I was 7 and Harnly was 1 so she never got to properly meet her, all I remember of her was her eyes.. They were a really light purple, I have always loved her eyes, and thank god I inherited them.
First day back at school.
I walked down the cold and empty corridor, I was really early today because knowing me if I didn't get here early I would be extremely late. When I say early I mean only two teachers were here... As I walk towards my locker I feel my hands start heating up, oh no not now.. not here, I look down at my hands that had miniature fireballs forming and then crash!! I was on the ground in pain.. "DUDE WATCH IT!!! Crap I'm sorry... I didn't realize you were a girl.." Said who ever I just crashed into..
"Watch where you're going next time idiot!" I screamed looking up and locking eyes with the most beautiful... I mean handsome guy I'd ever met.. His hair slightly spiked up in different ways. Oh crap I'm staring!
"Are you okay? Here let me help you up." He said snapping me out of my 'trance'.
"Yeah I'm fine, just watch it next time.." I slightly snapped back.
"Uh sorry I'm new and I was too busy looking at my schedule to notice anyone around me," he stated nervously "umm if it's not to much of a hassle do you mind showing me around?" Great so I nearly burn the school down, and now I have to show the new kid around... But because I'm such a nice person I had to say yes.
"Sure, why not. It's not like I'm busy or anything." I sarcastically said, and the dumbass didn't even pick it up. With that we stalked off down the hallway and around the school.
After first bell
After I showed the new guy around, my friend Tallie came running up to me with a massive smile plastered on her face that says 'Omg! I just saw you with a really cute guy.'
"Who the flip crickets was that!!" She practically screamed at my face.
"The new kid." I bluntly replied.
"Oii mambis! Not what I meant..."
"Well what did you mean...? You asked me and I answered."
